Located right where we needed it to be close to MIL apt. Easy access to everything. Clean and comfortable. Two suggestions - needs a potholder in the kitchen and could use more lighting in the living room area. We had a great stay.

My Daughter and I stay at Andrea's often for a get away. We love it there and would definitely recommend the rooms and apt. to anyone!!!

Nice place and very roomy!

We had a great stay here. The place was exactly what we expected - except even closer to the downtown area that we thought - a definate plus!! The park across the street is great and the neighborhood and town is very comfortable and charming. Check in was a breeze and the unit was quiet. We had everything we needed and were able to relax! Will definately stay again if we're in the area.

Cute and cozy spot!

Just wanted a quick getaway for a night and have looked at this place a few times. The location is perfect for walking to the local night life, with a beautiful view of the Kennebec. The fragrance was not my kind of smell-not bad but certainly couldn’t miss it. I did see mention that she would turn it off ahead of your visit, if requested, and I would recommend if you have any sensitivity to smells.

Loved the home. Close to the Pemaquid lighthouse. Beautiful view. So well stocked also with everything. Would be happy to stay again.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The house had everything we needed and more, with breathtaking ocean views and a path down to the rocky coastline. It was an ideal setup for our family, and our kids had an unforgettable time exploring and playing by the water. The home was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it’s a hidden gem on the coast that we’re already looking forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay at Knickerbocker Lake. The property was as described. The Tesla vehicle charger is a home level 2 charger, which was important to us since there are no superchargers in the immediate area. After a snowfall of perhaps 5 inches that occurred while we were there, the property was plowed out and the walkway was shoveled. I had a few communications with VaCasa, who always responded promptly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were able to make ourselves nice meals which we enjoyed in the dining area while looking out at snow covered trees. Overall, a lovely stay.

Would serve as a wonderful home for raising family and returning for generations. Was perfect for walking to the Lobsterman Wharf, weekend live music, watching the tides roll, harbor boat ride, and short drives to coastal adventures. Offered everything needed for a September stay with family.

Our visit was beyond all expectations! Jeff and Lori have made a true Maine home for their guests. To begin - they are gracious, welcoming and knowledgeable. They’ve thought of everything one could need for vacation. The view is amazing from sunrise to moonrise (we were lucky enough to be here during a super moon). The house is homey and filled with character and charm but still provided every modern comfort. The kitchen and grill were fun to use and the porches were magical. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back.

Peaceful and convenient for a group attending a wedding at the 1774 inn. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house (weather was HOT and there's no AC downstairs) but it's well-cared for and full of cool art and antiques!

Beautiful home with amazing views. Probably the best vacation rental experience that we’ve had in 25 years!! Marsha’s instructions were so detailed with pictures…Even guys like me could follow them!!
