Super comfortable condo, exactly as described. Marigny is responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb. It is close to town and very close to Whaleback Midden an easy and worthwhile walk from the condo.

You’ll be on cloud 9 when you stay at The Flying Cloud! Jay’s place is an awesome property perfect for large gatherings of family & friends for a relaxing getaway. Most bedrooms are spacious with huge beds, lots of bathrooms for privacy, the kitchen is well suited for entertaining, and the dining room table was absolutely central to our stay. We spent so much time there between our big group dinners and board game nights. However, the hot tub was the real highlight of the weekend! Jay was very responsive and proactive with messages to help us get settled in, and made sure we were okay with access throughout the weekend due to a few nights of snow. We will definitely be back!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and beds for our large group. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for everyone to eat and play games together. Great location with so many things to do, not too far away. Looking forward to enjoying this spot again.

The Farmhouse was beautiful and so peaceful, tucked into a beautiful field with plenty of flowers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, and the house had a wonderful, homey feel. Communication was easy and friendly. And the fireflies!! Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house - it was completely comfortable and charming.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night which was appreciated sleeping with the windows open. Close to the beach and the fort there was always something to do. It was a pleasant 30 minute beach walk to Popham Beach State Park which is such a fantastic fun place. We would definitely go back.

We would have moved in but the owner might not have liked that. It was so amazingly beautiful and watching the tide go in and out every day was peaceful. The bedrooms were pristine. The kitchen was well appointed, even the knives were sharp. This is a very walkable stay in Boothbay Harbor. The Thistle Restaurant is superb and get the carrot cake !! We will be booking again with a trip with the children and another trip with friends. The theater was lovely but we did not take advantage of it this trip.

Beautiful setting. Great host. Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. Once we navigated the dirt road we enjoyed the drive to restaurants. Into Bath. Reid State park was amazing. We liked The Osprey. We loved Blue at Grey Havens.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

Very responsive hosts, any issues we had (small issues) they answered within minutes! Very close to the town, beautiful land.

We stayed at Jonathan’s place for my bachelorette trip to Maine and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet ladies weekend with beautiful surroundings. The house had nearly everything we needed, and everything we weren’t able to bring or find at the house could easily be purchased at the nearby Fales Store that Jonathan recommended. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked and we had more than enough blankets, towels, etc. to accommodate 11 women. Jonathan’s place provided a halfway point between Portland and Acadia National Park where we spent part of our weekend in peak fall color. It’s also a short 30min drive from Camden Harbor where we chartered a sailboat before coming back to a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace and a gas firepit in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to socialize. Jonathan was very responsive at check-in and check-out. We felt so welcome - 10/10 would recommend, we had an incredible weekend!

What a great place for a couple of college friends to get together! We had a great time being close to downtown, but also having enough space to hang out and relax. Easy check in and check out.

We were delighted with Ammi's place! It was well-appointed, was cozy warm in January, with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the kitchen - we used it as a gathering spot several times during our short stay. The natural light in this house is fabulous. We were delighted to discover that the friends we were there to see in Wiscasset used to live at the Airbnb - it was their first house when they moved here! Ammi also brought us a bountiful basket of the most delicious blueberry muffins and provided a nice history of the home (the feminine mason member who originally lived there incorporated some interesting mason symbols in the property). Ammi was welcoming but not intrusive in any way. The home is beautiful and Ammi is terrific! (I also added quite a few books to my Goodreads list based on her collection!)

We loved our long weekend at Joe’s place. The gorgeous waterfront setting, the history, the utterly peaceful vibe, brilliant starlit night skies, reading by candlelight every night…it was a special experience to be there, and we hope to return. Thank you Joe!!
