Jennifer is a fantastic host! She is over and above responsive and helpful, from beach guide to local places to eat. We stayed for a wonderful week at her beachfront cottage in Phippsburg. The home is spacious, bright, clean, and easy to find. Staying in early March was absolutely idyllic. We woke up to a view of stunning sunrises every morning. And the timing could not have been better for a cozy winter break: the whole neighborhood was completely quiet, making it feel like we had Popham all to ourselves. We also made a trip to Frosty’s Donuts - highly recommended if you plan to stay in the area! Jennifer’s cottage is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and beds for our large group. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for everyone to eat and play games together. Great location with so many things to do, not too far away. Looking forward to enjoying this spot again.

We enjoy staying at Rowe House when we’re visiting the Boothbay Harbor area. The location is beautiful and perfect for us. It is a sweet home and has lovely outdoor space. Adam and Cindy are thoughtful hosts.

We stayed at Jonathan’s place for my bachelorette trip to Maine and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet ladies weekend with beautiful surroundings. The house had nearly everything we needed, and everything we weren’t able to bring or find at the house could easily be purchased at the nearby Fales Store that Jonathan recommended. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked and we had more than enough blankets, towels, etc. to accommodate 11 women. Jonathan’s place provided a halfway point between Portland and Acadia National Park where we spent part of our weekend in peak fall color. It’s also a short 30min drive from Camden Harbor where we chartered a sailboat before coming back to a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace and a gas firepit in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to socialize. Jonathan was very responsive at check-in and check-out. We felt so welcome - 10/10 would recommend, we had an incredible weekend!

Such a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! It was so cozy and great to be right next to the brewery. It had everything we needed for a get together - and the amazing VHS collection was such a great trip down memory lane! We will definitely stay again

A little slice of heaven on earth. Very private and beautiful spot on the water. Close enough to town but off the beaten path. Rustic in all the best ways. My dog absolutely loved it.

This charming cottage in a picture-perfect setting will take you back in time to Maine of the 1920’s. You can relax near the water on the dock, sit up on the deck and watch for bald eagles, tuck yourself away in the cozy, sheltered dining area on the porch, or relax by the fire in the living room. We can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful place! Julia’s house is a nature lover’s paradise with its beautiful views and wildlife. While sitting in the screened in porch one evening, we watched as deer daintily picked their way through the field, turkeys weaved in and out of the adjacent woods and water birds flew and dove and vocalized over the water. The house was bright and airy and exactly what we needed for our weekend away from it all. It was not a long drive from the house to visit nearby Damariscotta and Boothbay. We capped off our delicious meals cooked in the well appointed kitchen with fresh produce from a nearby farm stand. Our family had such a wonderful time - we hope to be able to visit again sometime!

We loved the pool side room. Very clean and private. The accommodation exactly what was described. They provided a charcoal grill upon request so we were able to grill out and enjoy the yard. Hope to take advantage of this gem again in the future.

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

This was our first trip with our 4 month old baby and Gale’s cabin was perfect for us and our dog. The cabin itself is beautiful, clean and let the portable crib ready for us to use. Location and views from the cabin are amazing. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the sunset through the window. I highly recommend Gale’s cabin for your next vacation trip in Maine.

Jennifer & Stu were very responsive to my questions regarding their coach house apartment. It was vey easy for us to find. The apartment is ideally located within the village centre and it’s highly walkable to the many small boutiques and stores that visitors to Damariscotta will want to explore. It’s worth noting that there is a fantastic bookstore only a block or so away from the apartment. As well as a movie theatre, and if you are an opera fan, you can even catch a streamed performance of the Metropolitan Opera of New York! The apartment itself is very comfortable and has a great cozy quality. It’s clear that Jennifer & Stu have put a great deal of thought and energy into considering and anticipating what their guests might want or need. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable! For those travelling with a pet, it is a welcoming place that is simply perfect. I heartily recommend this Air BnB guest rental!

Wonderful getaway! My husband and I felt Sarah's place was just right. She was a great host!

What a great place for a couple of college friends to get together! We had a great time being close to downtown, but also having enough space to hang out and relax. Easy check in and check out.

Enjoyed our stay out at Tidewater. The house was larger than we expected and the game room downstairs was a hit. Quick walk to Popham Beach and close to Popham Fort. We had a great time. Thank you!

The Ticket office was a nice little getaway. It was clean, beautifully decorated, quiet and cozy. It was just what we needed for a fall getaway. Sasha was a great host and we really enjoyed the complementary treats and signed card to welcomes us to the ticket office. Would definately stay again!!!!
