I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

We were happy at Micheal and Karens airbnb. The bed was comfy and soft. Everything was clean and free of dust. It was cozy. The parking was big. I really liked the thrift corner. Such a good idea. I spent some fun time looking over everything for a souvenir to purchase to take home. We would surely go back.

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

If you want to explore downtown Damariscotta and New Castle, this apartment is ideally located and walkable to everything, from dining to theater.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

Beautiful stay with perfect amenities. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit in Boothbay Harbor. Will definitely stay with them again for our next trip!

Clark’s Cove Farm is a magical place. The grounds, orchard, gardens and shore are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Tim was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. The carriage house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well furnished. We loved spending time on the deck when we were home. Great spot!!

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and myself. It is comfortable, relaxing, well laid out, and private. There are beautiful outside surroundings of flowers, bird feeders, and a private outside table and chairs. Stephanie, our host, provided recommendations for eateries and things to do, and included any small item we may have forgotten to bring. We look forward to staying here again!

Jennifer was responsive and helpful. The house is great. It is the most well furnished home (I want that kitchen) we have rented, and my girlfriend group and I get away twice a year. Beautiful ocean view from two bedrooms, but easy walk to the beach. Cool to see two lighthouses in the distance and the gorgeous moon shining on the water. Very interesting shoreline, and also a nice walk to Fort Popham. Lots of room in this very comfortable air b and b, and that rain shower water spout in the downstairs bathroom is amazing. This nearby area is quintessential Maine.

The house was perfect for our family. Steve was super proactive and sent directions for everything well in advance of our stay. The house is beautiful and the perfect distance from town. Overall it was a great stay

We loved being on Arrowsic Island with the Kennebec in the back yard. And our local drives to find spots to hike and sketch were a real treat. Reid State Park is a jewel. Great kitchen for evening meals and breakfasts. Easy clean up after a stay of 5 days. Thanks John. R and B

The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night which was appreciated sleeping with the windows open. Close to the beach and the fort there was always something to do. It was a pleasant 30 minute beach walk to Popham Beach State Park which is such a fantastic fun place. We would definitely go back.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

We enjoy staying at Rowe House when we’re visiting the Boothbay Harbor area. The location is beautiful and perfect for us. It is a sweet home and has lovely outdoor space. Adam and Cindy are thoughtful hosts.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

Rob's apartment in Wiscasset was a perfect spot during our weeklong stay in Maine! The apartment is cosy, and Wiscasset is perfectly situated to allow you to explore the coast of Maine. Rob is a fantastic host, as well: communication was so speedy and always helpful.

Had a beautiful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. Sal & Soraia’s rental was perfect for our trip. Needed something close to the main part of town - can easily walk to anything you need. Place had what you needed - ample towels, blankets, etc. Was clean and simple, no fuss which allowed you to really enjoy the surroundings of such an ideal Maine harbor town.

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

We have been staying at various places around North America and can say — without question — this was the nicest/all-around properties we have ever stayed at during our lengthy relationship. As I told the property owner, who by the way is a fabulous person, the photos of the Signal Point home don’t do it justice. The home is even more beautiful in person. We have also never been in a house as perfectly stocked with amenities in our lives. There was a ton of paper products already there for us. The linens were in abundance galore. And the gift bag for us when we arrived was an awesome touch that you don’t get everywhere. Bottom line, we have been staying in Boothbay Harbor for close to a decade during our Maine visits. And this is the best property we’ve been fortunate to land for our trip. We will be back next year and years to come before we buy our own place at Signal Point!

Alison’s place is fantastic. We stayed for four nights with a party of five. The place was spotless, the kitchen is fabulous, and we loved being within quick walking distance to everything in Boothbay Harbor. Definitely recommend!
