What a gem of a place! Watch whales and seals right outside your window. Breathtaking location and well-appointed property. Will be back for sure.

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

My friends and I were very comfortable during our weekend stay here, the view of the ocean was phenomenal. Troy and Sydney were super fast at responding to messages which was especially nice, considering I’ve had Airbnb hosts in the past that were not as good with communication between guests or took much longer to respond, but this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced renting through Airbnb. I definitely hope to reserve a unit with them again in the future next time I visit Lincoln City. 😊

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE right on the ocean! To get down to the beach it is just a short walk down the stairs. There was a good amount of space for my boyfriend and I to stay here for a week. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware to do cooking and baking while we were there. They also had a binder full of nearby restaurant menus which was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Our family adored this place and our time there. It exceeded our expectations with the comfort level of the beds, the cleanliness, and the amount of extra features and touches in the home. The location is exceptional and so easy to get to the beach access. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were actually comfortable which I feel like is hard to find these days, a desk in the master, cute toiletries, coffee creamer, some common condiments in the fridge, a fan, lots of Keurig choices, and truly pretty much anything else you'd want in a home away from home. I was sincerely impressed at everything they thought of since it often feels like a place is lacking these kind of extras. Keith was a responsive, clear and kind communicator and stood out as an Air bnb host. I would be happy to stay here again the next time we look at Newport and this was just the kind of peaceful home we needed for a short stay at the coast this weekend. Thank you for helping our time be so enjoyable!

This place is so cheap, it had everything you need. For you and your dogs, there was a closet just for animals, coffee for when you wake up, everything you need to cook. Everything was fancy and easy to use, it was like a hotel but way better. The host was so nice. And made sure I had everything I need it felt like home and more, It’s close to everything. And had the best week of my life. She had beach chairs blankets and other stuff that you would need to the beach, even toys for kids to play in the sand. !!!!!!! You just need to respect your neighbors, there is people that actually live around you so you can’t be loud. We had the cops called on us. But to be fair we were very loud and had music all the way up. Cops was so nice and just came to tell us to turn it down. And after that we just went to the casino and everything was fine. The host was so nice and made sure I had everything I need from the time I got in until I left. Thank you very much 🙏❤️🥰

You can’t beat the view, especially while warming up in the hot tub. We had everything we needed and had a cozy stay, no complaints!

We enjoyed the view very much. The rooms were separated with their own bathrooms. The small deck was nice as well. There was a lot of traffic at times but we expected that since the condo is directly across the street from Pirates Cove. The gorgeous view outweighed the traffic every time.

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Great place. Great location. Beautiful views. Only complaint would be when we removed the bedding after our stay there were small blood stains on two of the mattress protectors. I think those should be replaced. Also the beds up in the loft we had our children sleep in but the first night was super strong and the skylight caused the rain and wind to be very loud there. Our kids couldn’t sleep. But they did the following night when it wasn’t raining hard!

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to find twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. That should be made more obvious in the description. Besides the internet being a bit difficult to log in to, everything else was wonderful. Stellar views. Peaceful environment. The unit had everything we needed. Lots to explore in the area. Host was super responsive. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for my birthday and it was such an adorable place to stay, and felt very homey! I loved the leather futon in the living room and being able to put it down while watching a show. Quite a bit of stuff is walkable, when it’s not so cold outside. We’re definitely staying again shortly!

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

It was greatly appreciated you gave us the late check out since the check in time had to change. We understand things happen. My Son and Grandson had a blast and really enjoy sitting on the deck with the view of the Ocean and swimming in the pool. Perfect spot for walking in the beach and to all of Lincoln City. This was a great condo with a beautiful beach front view. It was wonderful that they provide a full kitchen with kitchenware. The shower heads were a little finicky but nothing too bad. Overall great place, I would stay again!

This is our second time staying at one of Troy’s condo’s! When planning our trip back to the coast, staying here was our top priority. The condos are clean, well stocked with all the basics, only a few steps away from the beach, has a clean pool and sauna! It was such a relaxing and comfortable trip. We will be back soon!

We loved staying at Troy’s place. You cannot beat the view for the window, and even when it was pouring raining we still got to look at the waves. Would absolutely stay again. The unit is clean and beautiful, and I had fun finding all the Pride and Prejudice puns.

The location is perfect for a quick getaway at the coast.
