Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Had a great 2 days, and the lovely large pond on the front door was so peaceful to sit out of an evening. Short walk to main town centre. Very friendly pubs. The Kinematic in the Woods is a must see. If you are into golf, the course is meant to be one of the best in the country. Stevi..

Denise was very welcoming and met me on the drive as I arrived. Denise also showed me around the property and gave me recommendations of places for food and drink. The room itself was very open and had a large bathroom to match. Outside the property it had a well kept array of flowers and a view of the sunset and sunrise. all round lovely place to stay, secluded from the local town but an easy drive from everything you would want.

I had a really good night's sleep. comfy bed good value for money. Will use again if I need to stay over for work.

We had a great stay at this little lodge. It was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, with beautiful bedding and towels. Perfect place for much needed relax and chill out. It was so quiet too!! Great bonus was having air conditioning upstairs and down! Angela was an excellent host, very welcoming and thoughtful, a lovely little gift when we arrived. I think I can say it was perfect!!

Really great value for the money and we would definitely stay there again. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing was that we had to drive a few circles in the campus until we found the parking spots. They only have two and they were both taken despite the fact that our room had parking included. We parked in a bay which was not allocated to the Swan but as we arrived in the evening and left in the morning before the medical centre opened we didn’t get in trouble but I don’t know how it would’ve been if we had wanted to stay longer. There’s no reception as it’s self check in but the guy at the bar underneath was helpful answering our questions.

Such a warm welcome and felt like it was a home away from home. Couldn't have asked for more from a host; friendly and everything was chilled out. Hot tub under the stars was such a plus too!

We stayed on our way South for 1 night, The Cow Shed is ideally located a few miles from A1. Easy to find in a nice quiet area, it was a little chilly when we arrived but after getting the log burner going it was perfect. Nice outside area was perfect for our dog.

Really pleased with our stay. Our host introduced himself shortly after we had checked in. Everything we needed was available, the place was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and in nice quite surroundings. Would certaintly return were we ever in the area in the future.

The Airbnb me and my partner stayed in was perfect for what we had envisioned. Luca was very responsive and always helpful. If we were to come back to Swinderby we’d definitely stay there again.

Colleen’s place is quiet, private and ideally located for my activities. The space is well thought out and great for a short getaway. It can feel intimidating being on a private road and right next to the Host’s own property but it’s perfect for a solitary getaway. The space is light, cool and is thoughtful in how best to utilise the available floor space. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was so lovely and the lovely furnishings made it into a homely space to wind down.

We had a lovely long weekend at Bahar's place. The location is brilliant - right on the Country Park and a short car ride to the City centre. It is a lovely place to stay with fabulous accommodation. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's Barn, the property was absolutely stunning and spacious with everything I could possibly have needed. Emma is a delightful host and was available at check in to hand over keys and show me around, to make sure I was settled. The area was quiet but close to Newark and Lincoln with lots to do nearby. I will definitely be looking to stay again, when I'm next in the area.

A privilege to stay here. We loved Honey Cottage, it surpassed our expectations. It was pristine with high quality linens and furnishings creating a very homely and welcoming feel. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the main house is stunning creating an impression of grandure on entering the gates. The beautiful kitchen was ample in crockery and basic condiments were provided. The bedroom is one of sumptuous beauty and elegance, the mattress was divine comfort. The bathroom is large and spotlessly clean It houses a fitted washing machine and has ample worktop surface. The properties oil filled radiators were very efficient The only criticism we had was the weak wifi signal which made watching TV almost impossible. However, the choice of media was extensive. We would like to commend and sincerely thank Shahida for providing such a beautiful haven, we really enjoyed our stay...in fact, it was a hard to tear my mother away as she wanted to live in Honey Cottage!

Marylise’s Studio was incredible! It’s even nicer than the pictures show. It was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay comfortably. The neighbourhood was convenient, quiet and beautiful! Highly recommended!

A last minute booking for a work project and luckily there was availability. This is a beautifully appointed spacious one bedroomed home that sits behind the owners property. The furnishings and fittings are top quality and every thought has been taken to providing everything you might need. The bed is super comfy with lovely linen and pillows. The shower is great with soft towels. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you could need with lovely china and glassware. There is underfloor heating throughout. This is a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. The hostess Michelle is super friendly and helpful and is quick to welcome you and ensure you have everything you need. I will be returning outside of work for another fabulous stay.

We stayed for only one night. Marsha was very helpful with information and recommending local pubs and shops. Carl dropped in to say hello shortly after we arrived and was very friendly and helpful, showed us around and how to open the sofa bed (which appears to be a regular question). The Jigsaw Piece is lovely very cosy and welcoming; it is equipped with everything you would need and expect. Very clean and tidy, the bathroom is very nice, and the bed comfy. We did walk to the pub; 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Although we stayed only one night it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this location; very happy.

Had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a few lovely nights where we chose to watch tv and not go out at all! The cottage was very well stocked and we felt right at home. Linens were spotless and there was great water pressure and heat. The hosts were very sweet and caring. Could not recommend this cozy place enough.

We regularly stay in the annex. It is consistently clean and comfortable and Joan & her husband are good hosts. We visit family in the area and there is a lot to do. Beautiful walks, good parks for children, the Kinema in Woods & outdoor pool at Woodhall Spa and lots to explore in Lincoln. On this visit it was lovely to see the snowdrops in Joan’s garden.

The hosts was there waiting for us at the gate's with a friendly welcoming and if im honest im not the best at meetings new people straight away, unlike my beautiful who wife who is the social butterfly out of the two of us, but straight away i felt comfortable and relaxed especially with lynda 😊 and stuart is just like me tells you what's the important things are and let's you get on with the rest no fuss perfect. Now to The cabin WOW, there's so much i could say but i would be here all day it was perfect especially for me personally, ive got 2 jobs and 3 kids ages 1-5-6 which I love to bits but this was 100% perfect for me and my wife to be together alone and relax its just right every little detail is there for us to feel like were on our first dates again and make each other happy. Thank you for a perfect break we will definitely come again .no kids lol
