A beautiful property, clean and had everything you need. The lake side view was amazing and peaceful. Sarah was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had. Thank you for a great stay!

The Firkin Lodge was as described and displayed in photos. John met us at our arrival time and walked us around the Lodge. he owns/runs The Bluebell Inn next door that has the classic pub feel with friendly locals as well as great food. he is a really lovely chap and will happily come back again.

Kingfisher Lodge really was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with Julie was excellent. We couldn't rate this place highly enough. Thank you, Julie for making us feel so welcome.

Our stay here was lovely. The van is in a nice peaceful part of the park with nice views on the lake. The hot tub was nice and private. Samantha was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend. I mentioned this was for my partners birthday and there was some birthday balloon's and banner there, that was a very thoughtful extra touch.

A fabulous stay at The Oaks. The Lodge is immaculate inside and out and very well maintained giving a home from home vibe. We had a wonderful time and will be returning. Thank you for a fantastic stay 🥳

Great communication, I didn’t have to contact the host for anything. Directions to the van were spot on, and we arrived in the dark never having been before. We were greeted with a basket of biscuits and some snacks, a bottle of Prosecco and milk in the fridge. There were towels, bath mats, linen, sponge, dish cloth etc. We stayed for 3 nights in a quiet area of the park, 2nd row back on one of the lakes. Purposes of the stay was for some rest and much needed down time with my partner. We didn’t go to the entertainment area as with the hot tub, Play station and the snacks we had everything we needed! Thank you for everything we will be back. P.S Hot tub was nice and clean and not too noisy to use early evening.

We absolutely loved this place! Upon arrival Rosalind met us and showed us around the property and showed us how to use the hot tub. The pod was extremely clean and we were left with some breads, jams, little chocolates and even some treats for our dog. There was also a manual outlining house rules and this included a list of local walks and dog friendly pubs. We were skeptical about the shared hot tub but it was really straight forward and there are half an hour gaps in between slots to allow time for it to be cleaned between guests. The smoke alarm did go off whenever we cooked bacon but that was probably our fault and shows that the place is definitely safe! I would probably add some solar powered fairy lights to the terrace for the evenings but that’s just preference. Overall it was a 10/10 weekend, we will definitely be back and bringing our dog with us! Also we fell in love with their dog Duke who wants to play fetch all day haha

stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend and little chihuahua, and had an amazing time. the location is perfect, so peaceful and quiet, and the hot tub was so nice to start and finish our day with. definitely coming back whenever we need a little break from life.

“Driftwood” was recommended by a friend who stayed 2weeks previously. Simon & Cheryl have done a fantastic renovation job making you feel very warm & welcome with brilliant attention to detail with the theme of the sea & all things allied! The beds were really comfortable & restful, and despite being in the middle of the most horrendous thunderstorm whilst we visited, we felt very warm & safe!! This place was actually twice the size we expected from the photos! Very surprised how big and spacious it was. We have 2 big dogs that had more than enough room and the large private enclosed garden was perfect for them! Tim was a fabulous host and ironed out any questions/ issues we had immediately with no fuss! Only 5 min walk from main facilities, however you feel very tucked away, quiet and private, absolutely beautiful surroundings/ lake which is exactly what we wanted! 100% can't wait to come back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing . the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you need. also quite a comfy bed which is quite surprising. all bedding was clean. 5 minutes to shops and to activities. and host was very responsive if you need any help . would definitely stay again 🙂

This was our second visit to Peters chalet. It was still as lovely and Peter was a great host. Location awesome and everything you will need is available in the Chalet. The chalet is both clean and spacious, and the bed is super comfy. It was lovely and toasty at night and even hot water bottles provided. Our puppy boxer dog Eric loved it as much as us. We will definitely return if Peter and Angie will have us. 😊 oh … and the Chinese on the corner is still lovely 😋

Arrived at night time to find the life all lit up with solar lights the kids were so excited! Got into the lodge and the photos didn’t do it justice it was amazing! Chloe who owns it went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!arrived and there were flowers, bottle of Prosecco and chocolates and sweets for the kids which was a good touch! The location was amazing overlooks the pond with a lovely decking place and hot tub and even has its own fishing peg! The lodge itself was immaculate clean! The beds were comfy and spacious and the living room was beautiful and cosy! Would highly recommend staying here as it’s amazing and the owners really care about providing you a good service! We will definitely be booking here again thanks a lot Chloe 👍

We had a fantastic stay at the Frenchie Retreat! The caravan was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Ziyona had even included some essentials like washing up liquid, sponges, tea towel, hand wash and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the linen was lovely! We actually checked the tags and have bought some since returning home! The caravan is in a lovely location, and had a nice outdoor area. The signal on site isn’t the best and we didn’t realise until we were leaving that there was wifi! FYI the code is at the front of the guest book! Ziyona was very responsive to messages and is a great host. 10/10 break away as a family of 4 with two kids (age 8 and 2). Thanks so much! Hopefully we will be back again soon!

Fabulous lodge, stylish and luxurious. Utterly beautiful setting, with ever-changing wildlife scenery. Truly special place for all and particularly for us with our four children. The woods, den building and genuinely peaceful vibe was a big win for all.

Warm and comfortable the lodge had a fully equipped kitchen with milk bread and eggs in the fridge which we couldn’t have been more thankful for. We had a very comfortable stay Thankyou

A very peaceful, stunning view , family friendly farm to stay for short breaks… My family enjoyed a lot, got to see stunning night sky as negligible city lights… Alpaca were great attractions… Would definitely return when visiting Skegness. Only 15-20 mins drive to Skegness from this location. Perfect stay and great Host..
