This was a very cute and clean place in a very quiet area. We appreciated the drinks in the fridge after a long day of walking. The recliner couch was comfy as well.

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Roberto is an amazing host. I had a few stays at his place and all of them were great. He makes sure to communicate if anything is unavailable and ensures that needs are met in a timely manner.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and a great selection of games and puzzles my kids loved. Andrea and Adam were very responsive, they answered messages faster than any other host I've stayed with and were very hospitable. My whole family loved the house and we highly recommend!

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

We really liked staying right downtown. We were less than a block from the Bluebird Cafe, John’s Liquor & grocery! Two great coffee houses, three more bars on the block. We walked to all the hot spots for Saint Patrick’s Day. Loved sitting in the windows with a great view of the city. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

Had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect—plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The free parking spots were a huge plus. The condo was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was seamless, with quick responses and clear instructions. Erin was super responsive and helpful, the instructions were clear as day, the description of the stay was accurate and exactly as expected. Very affordable and perfect for my husband, 4 mo old baby and I as we stopped to visit friends.

I felt right at home in Jennifer’s place! Just like the name says, it was a cozy abode for me and my friends to rest our heads during our weekend trip! It was a quiet location, and I didn’t even notice other neighbors. The furniture was comfortable, and Jennifer provided a lot of amenities that made for an enjoyable stay!

Incredible place and great location! Was not expecting the view to be as nice as it was. Also, it is within walking distance to many great Iowa City restaurants. The parking is not connected to the building, rather it is underneath the building next door. This is fine though because there is an area you can park temporarily to unload your stuff. Very clean and not cluttered. Kitchen had everything we needed.
