Loved how child/family friendly it is. Great toys for the kids to play with. Lots of tools for cooking in the kitchen. Super clean and loved the master bathroom.

Carla’s place is fantastic – it’s a great getaway for personal retreats or corporate events. The grounds are expansive and tranquil, with lots to do indoors and outdoors. Would absolutely rent again.

Great place, did have a few light bulbs out and ants in the Lindy room and kitchen but when I contacted about those issues he came out and supplied us with light bulbs and ant traps. House was nice and clean and worked well for us on our trip and o Oregon for our son’s wedding.

This was was great! A very nice, spacious, and quiet location that was perfect to stay at when we ran the Eugene Marathon (it’s about 20 mins north of Eugene). It’s very nice for a small group of friends. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful, and very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Great location and very nice clean place. Was a very pleasant surprise to have two full bathrooms. In the information I had only seen one bath!

We really enjoyed our time here. Well equipped and well organized. Location in Detroit is great. A couple things that stood out: 1) beds were super comfortable and 2) the ice machine is a huge plus especially if you are spending the day out on the lake!

This is probably one of the nicest spots you will find around. A perfect spot between Eugene and Corvallis. Super clean, brand new gorgeous house. Every bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! Gorgeous, big kitchen perfect for entertaining and cooking. Everything about this house is well thought out, just a gem! We stayed for OSU family weekend and we were only about 30 minutes away, the drive to Corvallis is super picturesque so time flew by. We didn’t use the outside amenities because we spent a lot of time away but they have a really nice set up, big screen tv and hot tub. If you are planning a stay near OSU or UO this shouldn’t be missed!

We had a wonderful time at the RiverHaus! The photos don't do the beauty of the location justice. We greatly enjoyed the large beautiful deck, the hot tub, and easy river access. Mark & Lori were fantastic hosts and we will be back again.

He had a cozy fire going in the wood stove for us. It was so cozy !! We’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

River House is a lovely place to stay. I was there for 5 nights and would gladly have stayed longer. I’ll be back for sure. It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s set in between some great big fir trees on one side and a lazy little river on the other side. Walk out the door and in 10 minutes you’re on some river-side walking trails. Town is close by too – a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk. The building seems to be brand new. It was warm and cozy inside, and everything works like it should. Furniture and bedding were clean and comfy. Black-out curtains in the bedroom were welcome. The kitchen is unusually well equipped. I truly have no complaints or suggestions. And check-in and communications were easy. Thanks to the team!

Our whole group loved the place! We felt right at home. There were tons of games and a fully stocked kitchen! All the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great Mountain View and close to the lake. Would highly recommend! Thanks for the great stay!!

Loved this place! Very cozy and well appointed. Hosts were very responsive and flexible, thank you for everything. The backyard grill and chill area was a big highlight, highly recommended!

We enjoyed a 6 month stay at Dylan’s place and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is very comfortable and has good energy with a lot of natural light, the kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, the location was very convenient to many stores and restaurants, and communication was very responsive. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our long stay. It was the perfect, home away from home.

This place was a gem! We will definitely be staying here every time we visit the area. Thank you for being a great host!

Craig was great about communication from the start. There were goodies & wine to welcome us. Craig's kitchen & fridge were well stocked with all the basic ingredients/tools for cooking meals. The home was spacious & comfortable with plenty of space for groups to gather, and also for everyone to find a quiet spot to get away, if needed. There were two minor inconveniences, there is no dishwasher, and both bathrooms are located on one end of the main floor, so if you stay in one of the two downstairs bedrooms, you have to walk the length of the house twice to get upstairs to the bathroom, but otherwise, the home layout is good. Beds were comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. There are multiple grocery stores within a 5 min drive, and it's a 10-15 min drive to the reservoir for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating. We stayed here to attend the Oregon Jamboree, and it was a perfect location to walk to the concert through Sankey Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed Lee Anne's completely remodeled cottage and found Lee Anne to be a warm, friendly, helpful host! We found the cottage to be comfortable, charming, and very functional for us with 2 modern bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and full laundry.
