Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

Home was spacious and very clean, nice layout with one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, full bathrooms on both floors.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Natasha was super friendly always willing to help her place had everything where it should be. We would love to stay there again.

Very quiet and peaceful home. Jennifer was very helpful and extremely responsive. The home was very clean and spacious, they provide plenty of activities for your entertainment or it’s extremely easy to watch a movie and just relax. The home was exactly like the pictures, check in and out was very easy.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Peaceful neighborhood Pauls house is very close to the water end of the road with nearly no traffic when we were there. neighborhood is extremely walkable loved having the porch, large gas grill and hot tub next to the home with view of the bay. All 3 rooms had large comfortable beds. house was clean. well kept. There is a retail center about 2. 5 miles away with a GIant" Grocery store and a few doors down a quality wine and spirit shop. My family loved the city of Annapolis and Very Happy we chose to stay at Pauls home.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Great view if you are Sunset lover and Views. Nice Cozy even my 3 Frenchies and Wife a great time. Definitely would love to come in the Summer time.

Beth & Ben were excellent hosts! They were always attentive, responsive, caring and very friendly. If I ever need to stay in the Arnold/Annapolis area again, I will definitely check to see if their place is available first. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa’s place. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. She has thought of every possible thing you could need while there. The views were absolutely magnificent and while the beach area is available to the public, it felt super private. My daughters and I plan to come here every year. I had to peel them away from the bay. Melissa, thank you for accommodating us. This was a weekend my girls and I desperate needed and your home was the perfect place to have peace and intentional quality time. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the simple pleasure of kayaking through calm waters, each moment felt like a gentle reset for the soul. What truly elevated the experience was our host, Shawn. More than just a “super host,” she embodied hospitality in its finest form. Her attention to detail, her care for comfort, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home surpassed even the details of a Hollywood studio setting !

Great place and nice host. Would stay again definitely worth the price. The property was awesome, great place for a fire pit and barbecue.

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

The Airbnb was in a beautiful location that was easily accessible to many restaurants and things to do. The free street parking made things extremely convenient and is a definite plus to the Airbnb. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Overall we would stay here again for the value provided.

We loved our stay in Rafi's place! It was the perfect size for our family of four, with lots of spaces to hang out together or spread out. The kids loved the basement space and games. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well stocked. Ample towels and even kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Having the parking pad was clutch, but there is also street parking available. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors, and Patterson park is great for playgrounds, walks, and checking out the Pagoda. Easy to get to OPACY / M&T Bank by car (10-15 min), downtown Inner Harbor (5-7 min), Fells Point (10 min). Rafi is a great host. He called to check in and was responsive to all questions.
