für den preis hammer! super lage nah am hafen und in kleinen süßen gassen liparis, man fühlt sich fast einheimisch. simone haben wir nie gesehen, aber er hat immer schnell und freundlich auf nachrichten geantwortet und seine mutter war sehr süß. die wohnung an sich könnte zB in der küche etwas sauberer sein (der schwamm war zB schon etwas durch) und ist etwas dunkel, da das einzige licht über die ebenerdige tür direkt auf die straße kommt und ist auch nicht besonders gut isoliert also man hört viel von draußen, ist für den preis aber trotzdem weiterzuempfehlen! die terrasse haut die 5 sterne raus, die ist wirklich top! wir würden wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, mit einem tollen Ausblick über Lipari (inklusive Meeresblick) und gleichzeitig ist alles in kurzer Gehdistanz gut erreichbar (Hafen, Bushaltestelle, Geschäfte, Restaurants). Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort sehr daheim gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist ganz besonders toll! Die Kommunikation mit Valentina verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir waren sehr froh um die Flexibilität bezüglich des Check-In‘s aufgrund unserer Verspätung bedingt durch die Fähre. Zudem hat Valentina nachgefragt während unseres Aufenthaltes ob wir etwas benötigen, auf Fragen schnell reagiert, tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben und uns proaktiv informiert bezüglich der Wettersituation in Zusammenhang mit dem Fährplan. Auch der Check-out war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Appartement grand très agréable avec 2 terrasses très jolies et une superbe vue. Emplacement idéal à 2 min du port, avec le supermarché en face et la boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. On donne sur la rue principale de Lipari donc tout est accessible. Hôte très réactif, appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un long séjour. Donc nous recommandons absolument cet location !

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, ottima la pulizia e soprattutto posizione del monolocale, vicino a porto, bus, noleggi scooter/auto, centro. Sergio è un ragazzo molto simpatico e ci ha dato molti consigli su come muoverci, inoltre in casa ci sono molte brochure propositive. L'unica piccola pecca del monolocale è che, essendo vicino al porto, è un po' rumoroso la mattina presto, non essendo persone di mare non avevamo considerato questo fattore. Questo non comporta però un giudizio negativo, in quanto tutto il resto è stato perfetto.

La casa di Marcella si trova in una zona fortemente isolata, ma incantevole, con una suggestiva visione panoramica sul bellissimo mare di Lipari e un cielo stellato osservabile in pochi contesti. Kevin e Marcella si sono dimostrati discreti ma assai disponibilissimi per il transfer al porto e per ogni esigenza. Gli appartamenti hanno il tutto necessario e, pur non essendoci l'aria condizionata, il clima di notte è fresco e ben ventilato. Esperienza indimenticabile.

Appartement très agréable. Refait à neuf. A 2 pas de la plage et surtout de l'arrêt de bus (rotation toutes les 15 mn environ) ce qui permet d'accéder à Lipari rapidement et de là partout sur l'ile ou sur les autres iles. Lorenza est très accueillante et très réactive. Je recommande vivement.

ho soggiornato nell'alloggio per una settimana con la mia compagna. Claudia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e attenti, sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno anche aspettato al porto nonostante il nostro ritardo causato dal volo. Ci torneremo sicuramente, lo consigliamo per un soggiorno a Lipari. Grazie ancora Claudia.

Villa Mulino al vento con la sua meravigliosa vista sulla città di Lipari è la location perfetta per le vostre vacanze Eoliane. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort di grande design. Le ampie terrazze e gli spazi esterni sono perfettamente curati e arredati, in grado di regalare momenti di assoluto relax immersi nella natura. Il valore aggiunto? Il super host Leonardo che ci ha coccolato e viziato con prelibatezze home made e la sua compagnia. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre curiosità e richieste; inoltre la presenza di Perla un affettuoso golden retriever ha addolcito tutti i nostri risvegli. Un grazie anche a Marithes per il suo sorriso e la sua deliziosa cucina. Insomma, sicuramente il posto perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Appartamento stupendo, vista mare, il bambino lo ha adorato appena entrato! Salotto bello ampio, balcone vivibile! Acqua calda posto tranquillo se si vuole avere una vacanza di relax, per un po’ di movida bisogna spostarsi a Lipari o Canneto.

Alloggio munito di tutto, pulito ed ordinato. A circa 15 minuti a piedi dal porto, con il motorino a 2 minuti. Posto tranquillo per dormire, non si sentono rumori. Lo consiglio.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, a pochissimi passi dalle vie principali. Per qualsiasi problema Giacinto e la ragazza che ci ha lasciato le chiavi si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili. Consigliato soprattutto per chi vuole avere a disposizione un intero appartamento.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Santina con la mia ragazza e un mio amico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è veramente molto bella ed accogliente e Santina si è dimostrata disponibilissima a venir incontro a tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Quando torneremo a Lipari soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora da Santina.

Wir haben ein paar Tage zur Erholung in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die restlichen Zimmer waren leer, sodass wir Grundstück und Pool komplett für uns hatten. Insbesondere der Blick über den Infinitiv-Pool zum Sonnenuntergang war einzigartig.

Nette und preiswerte Unterkunft mit super sauberem Pool. Einzig das Schlafzimmer Richtung Straße ist etwas laut, wenn früh der Verkehr daran vorbei fährt. Nichtsdestoweniger eine absolute Empfehlung!

Logement très agréable et bien situé. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs lors de nos demandes. Je recommande.

We had a great time in the cozy little apartment. The surroundings are very lush and green. As there is no balcony or terrace, we spent a lot of time at the excellent pool area which feels very tranquil and private. The next village is nothing special but has all the necessary shops. A little further away there are some great spots like San Marco d'Alunzio which we could easily visit by a short drive. As the host Giuseppe was away for business, we unfortunately only met him a few minutes before checking out - I'm sure his knowledge and passion for the farm and its history would have augmented our stay even more. But even like this, we felt care and dedication that is put into the Fattoria Didattica. The only negative point I would mention is the sofa-bed which shows its age and is a bit hard and creaky. Only a problem if you visit with more than two people. Five stars for everything else!

Agostino is a fantastic and accommodating host. The apartment/condo is as described, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were traveling with a three year old and the apartment suited our needs great. We did not get to enjoy the roof deck because we were visiting family during our stay, but it looked lovely and would have been great had we utilized it. Agostino is extremely nice, meeting us both for check-in and check-out to make sure we were comfortable and provided a lot of great recommendations regarding things to do/places to eat. Very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend (and re-book ourselves) for trips to the area. It is a lovely part of Sicily with many fantastic places to visit within short drive (or boat ride to the Aeolian Islands).
