Arnaud was the best host! Very friendly and flexible, with clear instructions 😊 The apartment is very beautiful and gives an authentic feel. The area was also very nice with restaurants and bakeries nearby. The area was quiet and peaceful 😊

Juliette was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. She responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful throught our stay. Juliette was easy to contact if needed. Apartment was spotless and location very good to access all the places we wanted to visited. Also very close to Metro which was a massive plus.Thank you.

Gostei muito de ficar hospedada junto com a minha família no apartamento Joei Paris. O checkin e comunicação foi muito fácil. O apartamento é bem localizado, bem pertinho da estação de metrô. As toalhas e roupa de camas eram boas. O apartamento é pequeno, mas nós atendeu muito bem. A máquina de lavar roupa ajudou bastante.

Cozy, homey, well equipped apartment in great location. Beds were comfortable. Spacious in my opinion for a Parisian apartment. We cooked a few meals at home and really enjoyed living the lifestyle. Rue Cler is just steps away and has all you need for restaurants, shops, etc...Great neighborhood and was quiet at night. I would love to return.

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description, très propre et très fonctionnel. hôte très disponible, ses instructions sont claires, détaillées et tout à fait raisonnables. nous venions à Disney en famille, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et la qualité du logement y a contribué 👍

Quel séjour ressourçant nous avons passé nos enfants et nous dans ce refuge au milieu de la forêt! Le chalet est aussi original d'un point de vue architectural que fonctionnel et agréable à vivre; sa position dans les bois, tout en étant à proximité du nécessaire pour nous approvisionner, en fait un cocon accueillant et dépaysant tout en étant facile d'accès. Merci encore, Laurie-anne, de nous partager cet écrin de bien-être qui permet le temps d'un week-end ou plus de nous immerger, à courte distance de la grande ville, dans l'atmosphère d'une cabane dans la forêt, en version ultra chic :).

Maison propre et conforme à la description et la communication avec Taous a été top. Très reactive et claire dans ses consignes. Je recommande à 100%.

The house, the view and the location are all so beautiful. The house was extremely well equipped and comfortable for our whole family. Marie was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay there again if we are ever back in the area!

Un séjour parfait chez Patrick ! Le logement est impeccable, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. Tout est conforme à la description, et même mieux : une propreté irréprochable, une décoration soignée et des petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Patrick est un hôte exceptionnel, très réactif et attentif, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande à 100 % ce logement, que ce soit pour un week-end ou un séjour plus long. We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Adoramos nossa estadia em Paris e ficar no apartamento de Sandro foi um diferencial. Perto de bons restaurantes, metrô , Pantheon, Arena, entre outras atrações e fácil de ir a pé ou de metrô por todos os lados de Paris. O apartamento dispõe dos itens essenciais para uma boa estadia e para poder fazer as refeições em casa. Silencioso, e ótimo para abrigar uma pequena família. Ficaremos novamente e recomendamos.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
