This home is gorgeous!! It’s worth it for the master bathroom alone!! That claw foot tub is amazing and the bedroom & bathroom are HUGE!!! The layout is so nice for spreading out when needed and great for gathering together when wanted. Beautiful quality furnishings and decor. The backyard is nice and private. Mark was an amazing host!! Very accommodating and responsive! The whole experience was great from beginning to end!! BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed.

One of my favorite places, I have ever stayed at. Beautiful home and was conveniently located to everything you could possibly want on a vacation. With restaurants, shops, and the beach all within less than a mile. My fiancé was in love with the house and already wants me to look into booking it again in the next few months. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 if I could. But 5 stars will work just as well! Awesome vacation and great host!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Madeline was an amazing host. She is very kind, professional, helped with any inquiries I had and always responded in a timely manner. As we were traveling from another state, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early since we had a lengthy drive. The home has really comfortable beds and is in a quiet location, so that made for a good night's rest! We liked that it is very close to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. There are 3 parking spaces, which was perfect since we did not have to worry about finding parking or paying for extra parking. Another cool thing is that the house has four bedrooms total, but two of the bedrooms are primary bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) which were perfect for my parents and aunt/uncle. The home is clean, very spacious and perfect for a family or friends traveling together. We would definitely recommend staying at Madeline's place and look forward to returning again!

Georgia was a great host! She was very helpful and responsive. Her home was very clean and exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s a beautiful place to stay for a couple weeks. Our family felt right at home and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, quiet, private and a quick walk to the beach. We were even able to fish off the pier. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra couple days. I would highly recommend Georgia’s home to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing communication, was very spacious. We had a vacation/memorial service and we had 16 people and we all fit perfectly with no problems. It was perfect!!

This is our second stay at Lyle’s Georgetown location. The house is great! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, plenty of seating and room. We travel with a dog, and the back yard is fenced. The neighborhood is quiet and you are very close to downtown Georgetown . Lyle supplies shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hairdryer and several other amenities . Lyle is extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lyle’s home as a great place to stay as your home away from home!

Beds were extremely comfortable and we had enough bedrooms for five adults! Couldn’t beat it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. A lot of restaurants only one block away. The only downside were the sand burrs. In all fairness they are every where. If you have a dog I suggest booties for him. We had to remove the burrs all the time. Again this has nothing to do with Shelia's rental. They are everywhere. Will rent this place again! Very homey.

The house was in a perfect location, easy access to beach. Loved the open floor plan and kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Sherri was a great host and very accommodating. Just to be aware it has a significant amount of front steps to get in the unit so might not be great for elderly or anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs but we had no complaints

We absolutely loved this very cozy, beautifully decorated beach house! Beds were very comfortable, kitxhen had everything we needed, deck was huge and lower area had seating also for the evenings. The golf cart was a huge added bonus and made it so nice to be able to get right on once we arrived. Had some concerns when we arrived, Cathy responded within minutes, 5 star for the owners on taking so much pride in their home, we cannot wait to book with them again!

place was nice, clean, well stocked. close to beach, a 10 min walk to the pool. busy community, but family friendly.

We had a great time at the Pho Shore. Michelle was great to work with, very responsive and checked in on us a few times just to make sure everything was good. The house was one of the best we have stayed at..several extra bonus items(bikes, beach toys and chairs, floats and air pump). A great location and this would be perfect for a family trip or just a bunch of friends. Quiet neighbor hood, not much traffic, only a block from the beach and convenient to some great restaurants.

What an amazing vacation home. The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Surprised my wife with a 50th birthday party and couldn't have asked for a nicer home and great location. Yates was very responsive and gave perfect instructions. Would definitely recommend this home for any vacation or getaway for your family.

Cathy's place was a plus 10 stay, her house was very clean and very comfortable. She had every and anything a guest would need and more, she communicated with me within seconds to answers to my questions. She was very friendly and helpful with me. This is a place that i recommend for people to stay, the pictures was exactly what her home looks like, very roomy for a family, Thank you Cathy for sharing your home.

Danielle and Stacey were amazing hosts! Lots of beach toys and chairs! Gave us good recommendations for places close by with kids!

We loved this place. It was in a nice area of North Myrtle Beach. Lots of restaurants and a straight shot into the main area of Myrtle Beach. The home was clean and the snacks the host provided were a welcome treat when we arrived late Friday night. We will definitely book here again. For reference my husband and I traveled with our 4 daughters. They all stayed comfortably in the 2 queen bedroom. Ages ranging from 13 to 6. Thanks so much!

I have absolutely no complaints about this stay other than the fact that we booked in December and not July to enjoy the pool. Lol. 🤣 Very clean, spacious, and welcoming host. We had 6 people and it accommodated us very well. We could’ve brought 2 more! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

House had great amenities, house has Everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Even has chairs and things for beach activities. Chris was very accommodating to some request that I had while staying at the house. Had a wonderful stay.
