Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

What a delightful stay and host. The house was immaculately clean and well upgraded. The extra snacks and toiletries were super nice. Especially since my luggage took an extra day to get to us. Often air BNBs are furnished as an afterthought. This place is live in ready and very comfortable Thanks so much.

The unique home was a truly amazing experience. The grandchildren loved the yard. The porch was a peaceful gathering place or a serene place to just think or write or just sit and enjoy. A short drive brings many things to do or see. The piano was amazing. The artwork and history contained in those walls was a bonus gift.

This is the perfect space for a group to stay! The unique art pieces and makeup of the home combined with the record player and records made the home stand out for sure. I particularly loved the guide that identified everything we might need to know about the house as well as giving a bit more info about the art pieces. This is a place we’d all love to return to! Definitely recommend it.

Melinda and Dean were great hosts - really responsive - the place was wonderful - clean quiet close to town walking trails etc. - it couldn't have been better - highly recommended

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Perfect location on the Litchfield Green. So many shops and restaurants nearby. Charming. Restaurant food from The Village was delicious! Excellent service and atmosphere and right downstairs.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Our Christmas stay at Janice’s was perfect! My partner and I needed a place to stay while visiting family for holidays. The suite was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the not one but TWO gas fireplaces! Janice also had a small artificial Christmas tree in the living room which made it so festive and the perfect place for us to rest and watch Christmas movies after days with family. The bed was comfortable and had four pillows with extras in the closet along with extra blankets, an iron and board. Janice was flexible with our check in time and very friendly. The only negative we could think of was that we’d love to have a full kitchen and the suite just has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven, but we knew that from the description and it was fine for a short stay. We’d love to stay here again. Really perfect for this trip.

I love this AirBnB and hope to use it again next time I am working in the area or visit with my husband and our baby. It is the perfect location if you want to be in the Sharon, Lakeville, Salisbury area. You can walk to a handful of great locations. Oh and the towels are oddly the softest I've ever felt! What's the secret?! We laughed about it all weekend. Beautiful, perfect spot! We have a brief check-in snafu/delay (I didn't receive the welcome info to sort out where the key was) but Pierce got us the information as soon as we connected. No other issues whatsoever, I absolutely recommend!

We only had a short stay, but John was a great help letting us check in early - they clearly love their home and the town, offering annotated menus of local restaurants and info on many natural features to visit in the area. Delightful decor, many many plants, plenty of linens available, no shortage of room to lounge and relax. Parking was a cinch, checkout directions were clear and simple. Would stay again.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

I needed a one-night stay that didn't cost $700/night. So grateful Brad's place exists. Comfortable and clean. The best location by far because the shop below this apartment is serving delicious treats. Coffee drinks, chocolate, and ice cream and pasteries. Brad is great as are his staff. So welcoming and kind. I stripped the linen from the bed because that's what I've had to do at other AirB&Bs. Turned out it wasn't required here; and I got a little discount on my shop order. Cozy town in the quieter part of CT, definitely a pleasant visit seeing a local friend.

Perfect location for us to commute to where we needed to be each day while visiting friends and family. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Clean and well stocked unit.

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!
