I had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Brian’s place had everything we were looking for: peace, quiet & fresh air. Everything was clean and he even added a gift card to a local sandwich shop. The kitchen had all the necessary items that allowed us to feel right at home. We love making smoothies and loved that there was a blender in the kitchen. His place even had a pull up bar on the door frame, which we love doing back at home and had a yoga mat and an ab wheel. The deck was beautiful and the place was cozy. We would definitely book his place again!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. Thank you Ricardo and family. We will definitely be back if you’ll have us! Cheers 🥂

This was a quick trip to the area to break up the drive to a further destination. Joy's little 18thc apartment was perfect. Joy met and explained everything needed, and was very helpful with local suggestions for dining and activities.Was'nt here long enough to experience any of the hiking trails,.etc but truly seems like a place I'd like to return. if you're lucky, you will meet the inimitable Baloo!

We had a terrific stay at the Old “New” Firehouse-it was so nostalgic to see the games I played as a kid, even a Slinky to play with! We just kept looking and finding all sorts of treasures and memories-but at the same time, it was so thoughtfully and well decorated. They have spent many many hours renovating and brainstorming on ways to make this Airbnb unique! We loved the comfy beds, hot showers, and snacks, as well! Would love to come back and stay again-highly recommend! We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood-such a quaint and friendly atmosphere.

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! Spent a wonderful week during Christmas here with my adult son whom I hadn’t seen in years. Launa went above and beyond with making the home cozy and comfortable and the Christmas decor was more than I could have imagined. Launa allowed an early check in although I had an emergency which did not allow me to check in early but she offered me the option. Launa also allowed us a late check out which was very much appreciated. The only thing I wished was that the beds were a little less firm as I found them to be too firm but that’s just my preference. Very tranquil place and many memories were made. I would love to stay again perhaps during warmer months to enjoy the lake and outdoors but all in all it’s a beautiful home.

Malik was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating every step of the way, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We could not have had a better host and an idyllic venue. Zuhair could not have been any more attentive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our two weeks stay. The property is clean, comfortable and very well equipped and if a guest needs any information about the house or the area then Zuhair is very knowledgeable. After a couple of days away in NYC it really felt like we were coming home when we returned to the house. We cannot praise the house or the host enough.

Sunil’s large house sits on extensive grounds with beautiful views across lake Mahopac from most rooms. A well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms, round out the amenities. Sunil is an exceptionally responsive and cordial host. We have stayed here several times and highly recommend it.

This is our second visit to Jonathan’s home. It’s lovely and stress free place to stay. Views are amazing and is so well equipped. It’s truly a home away from home.
