My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι και πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα η Χρυσάνθη! Ήταν πολύ ευέλικτη στο check in/out που μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο παρόλο που ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες 3 παιδιά και ένα σκυλί.Μεγαλος και καθαρός κήπος για τα παιδιά και το σκυλί.Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για αποδράσεις ορεινές ή παραθαλάσσιες.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nice house, fully equipped, exactly as it is described. Easy to find. Fani shows a worm welcome and quick tour in the house. During our stay we did not have to contact her – just everything was OK. The house is very close to the perfect sandy beach with shallow waters. During our stay the beach was almost empty. At walking distance there are shops, grill, 2 taverns, pizza and beach bar with excellent service. Just perfect vacation. Thank you Akis House.

Nagyon szép és jól berendezett emeleti lakás, ugyan nem a parton, de az erkélyről csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a környező helyekre - a tengerpart kb. 3-4 perc autóval. Nagyon barátságos a család, és rugalmasak, bármiben segítenek ha szükséges. Másodjára voltunk náluk, de minden bizonnyal nem utoljára!

Everything was fine. We spent a week there and had a wonderful time. A lot of thanks to Mr. Pantelis who helped us with everything we asked. Hope to visit you again!

Lugar tranquilo pese a estar en fechas de mucha gente, cosa que se agradece. Los niños han disfrutado de las playas, que tenian el agua muy clara y la ubicacion excelente para hacer excursiones, por ejemplo al monte Olimpo, los vecinos muy agradables.. La iaia nos invitó a un bizcocho que a los niños les encantó.

Fantastic stay in a nice Greek house they made sure we had not just a house but a home during our time there. Fluent in English and responding in minutes time with even great suggestions for us to visit we had an amazing stay!

Hi It was a really good experience, we felt very well there. It was relaxing to stay in the garden and have a rest inside ; for us it was perfect that is one football ,tennis,basketball pitch nearby. The grandma --even the people from neighborhood-- always had powers to give you one smile (welcome moussaka, cake and chocolate to my children too:)) greatly appreciate ). 100% recommend

The place was located in a quiet part of the village. The host was very accomodating and waited for my girlfriend and I as we got lost along the way and arrived almost an hour late. The place was cozy and can be good for a summer or winter excursion/weekend.

Zimmer und Vermieter top. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage als Heizung im Winter an ihrer Leistungsgrenze. Würde aber auf jeden Fall wieder dort einkehren.

Evangelos's place was perfect for our trip. It is equipped with everything you need and close to shops and the city's center. Even though we stayed only one night, we will sure come back here for more. All the best!

The apartment is perfect. On the front balcony you can see the sea, in the back the mountains. We were there with two small children. There is everything you need. The owners are an older couple who welcomed us very warmly. The children even got freshly cooked strawberry jam and were allowed to swing in the garden. Manolis picked us up from the bus stop and gave us many useful tips for Litochoro.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Jürgen's place! Jürgen was an excellent host—he communicated promptly and was always available to answer any questions we had, which made the stay smooth and worry-free. The location was ideal, and the balconies were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the stunning views. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Gospodarz bardzo miły, pokazał nam dokładnie wszystkie udogodnienia w mieszkaniu. Polecił miejsca, gdzie można smacznie zjeść. Co do apartamentu to wygląda on dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, a nawet lepiej. Kuchnia wyposażona była we wszystko co potrzeba. Odpowiednia ilość szklanek, talerzy czy sztućców. Nie trzeba było co chwilę myć 😀 Polecam z całego serca i pozdrawiam 🤗

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Evangelia’s Airbnb. The apartment was bright, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Evangelia was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, always quick to address any questions. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to various attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!

The place is perfect, located on the top floor so you have complete privacy. At night it was extremely quiet. The back faces Olympus and the balcony faces the sea. Everything is quite new in the apartment and it has everything you need. Christos was extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations. Thanks and see you next time 🙏

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Κατερίνης. Η ύπαρξη του parking αποτελεί μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα για το χώρο. Η διαμονή μας ήταν σύντομη αλλά όμορφη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα Joan's House, μας άρεσε πολύ. Το σπίτι ήταν φωτεινό και κατά την άφιξη μας στο χώρο, τα κλιματιστικά λειτουργούσαν, οπότε δεν αισθανθήκαμε καθόλου την υγρασία, λόγω εποχής , καθώς επισκέφθηκαμε το κατάλυμα τέλη Οκτωβρίου. Το σπίτι μέσα ήταν πολύ λειτουργικό και εξοπλισμένο πλήρως ώστε πραγματικά αισθανομασταν ότι βρισκόμασταν στο σπίτι μας. Η περιοχή ήταν κεντρικά, χωρίς ωστόσο να υπάρχει φασαρία, με το πάρκο απέναντι να σε γεμίζει όμορφα φθινοπωρινά χρώματα. Συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και για το Φθινόπωρο, νομίζω θα το απολαύσετε πολυ περισσότερο, εμείς τουλάχιστον το απολαύσαμε και χαλάρωσαμε αρκετά. Τέλος, η κ. Ιωάννα ήταν πολύ καθοδηγητική για το πως θα βρούμε το σπίτι με ακριβείς οδηγίες. Και ο Γιώργος ήταν πάντα τόσο άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και πολύ - πολύ ευγενικός. Ευχόμαστε να συνεχίσουν έτσι να έχουν τόσο όμορφες και δημιουργικές ιδέες, τόσο για το Joan's House όσο και για το lost in paradise στην Κατερίνη. Εις το επανιδείν Νίκη -Λευτέρης

Πολύ φιλόξενο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα και μεταφορικά, αλλά και κυριολεκτικά, αφού η ενεργειακή απόδοση του σπιτιού ήταν εξαιρετική.Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εντυπωσιακή σε ένα πράσινο, πανέμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον. Οι οικοδεσπότες εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενεστατοι .Σίγουρα αποτελεί πιθανός μελλοντικός προορισμός για την οικογένεια μας!

Εξαίρετος οικοδεσπότης, άψογο διαμέρισμα

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος. Ολος ο χώρος πεντακαθαρος και όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι στην επικοινωνία!

Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα η κυρία Αρετή Νοιωθεις από το πρώτο λεπτό ότι είσαι στο σπίτι σου Σου δίνει χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την διαμονή σου στο Λιτόχωρο Ολα όσα χρειάζεσαι τα έχει το διαμέρισμα και είναι πεντακάθαρο Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα .
