Can I give six stars?? We have stayed in many Airbnb and B&b accommodations. This one is outstanding. The space is extremely comfortable and the hosts, Caroline and Richard, are extraordinary. They are warm, generous and have the best sense of humour. The breakfasts they made for us were absolutely delicious and unique to Newfoundland. We were amazed by the beauty we discovered while hiking in surrounding communities. The Baie Verte Peninsula is definitely worth visiting. We’d love to return someday. We would most definitely recommend Parson’s B&b!

L'endroit était magnifique et très bien équipé. Graham était ponctuel et très avenant envers ses invités. Peut-être préciser que finalement la chaloupe n'est pas "incluse" avec le logement contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce; c'est l'hôte qui vient nous porter et nous rechercher après. Le logement était très convivial; beaucoup de confort avec l'électricité et l'eau chaude malgré l'aspect rustique de l'emplacement. Les lits étaient mous, mais ça fait partie du charme ;) Considérez voyager plus léger que nous, en raison de la pente abrupte pour se rendre au lodge et avec l'espace limité de la chaloupe. Globalement, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le temps s'arrête!

Un lieu fabuleux pour une pause reposante, des hôtes chaleureux qui partagent tout. Nous sommes arrivées un peu tard, sans dîner, nous avons été régalées de cuisine maison avec du poisson local,un petit déjeuner copieux et partagé tous ensemble avec les autres invitées, et le must : la petite baignade dans le lac avant de petit déjeuner... juste le regret de ne pas avoir plus de nuits a passer sur place...

Lovely spot in the heart of Kings Point, literally steps away from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We loved the private deck off the bedroom. Keiths place was clean and cozy, we would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Robert's place. Great location close to amenities and a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything about the house reminded us of a visit to "Grandma's House". Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked with lots of dishes and cooking essentials. Robert was also very accommodating when we requested a late check out. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Springdale. Thank you!!

Natalie’s place was absolutely stunning and had everything you’d need and more. It’s private and has an open view of the bay. She sent along instructions for the home and detailed directions prior to check in. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Home away from home. A nice place to spend time with family and enjoy seeing the water and birds.

If you want a beautiful, open, view of the water, this is the place. The large windows inside provided an expansive view, an outside sitting area is provided, and the most fun was a deck on the second story bedroom. Fishing boats going in and out were fun to watch, as was the dock across the way. Having the entire house was a plus, rather than suites or apartments that require consideration of neighbors. There is a small beach with tons of sea glass. Be aware that the tide comes in quickly, and one can get wet feet or trapped on the non-house side. Access to the bedroom is up a narrow stairs, so best avoided if stairs are a concern. The place was spotless. Inside the wood beams made it look like it is new or being upgraded. The photos made it feel like a warm home, and not just a rental. We got into town a couple of hours early, and Jason said to go ahead and go in. All the windows, in particular, made it bright and welcoming.

Beautiful locaton and accommodations. Host was great and sunrise in the morning was stunning. Would definetly recommend and stay again.

This was the second time that I was fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful property. Words and pictures cannot describe enough how wonderful this place is and how much I enjoyed my stay. My annual summer trip to the area is so much better having stayed at this fantastic waterfront paradise. Anyone visiting the area should definitely stay here, it is truly an experience that everyone should try once.
