We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our vacation so convenient and enjoyable. The house accommodated our family of six perfectly. It was charming and had everything we needed, including all the kitchenware for cooking dinner in, though we also loved trying out the nearby restaurants. The house was spotless, and the beds were super comfy. Daniel was a great communicator, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We can't wait to visit again!

Had a great experience during my stay at wesams home. Very clean and comfortable house !! Location is great, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Place is stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, cleaning equipment. Very responsive host and friendly. Great service 👍👍

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Jaclyn was AWESOME and her property was even better. Located in legendary LBI, this property is the classic beach accommodation. You may think that a beach stay in winter (we stayed 12/19-12/26) is counterintuitive, but this was perfect. Close to family, close to the beach - lovely golden hour photos, and very, very relaxing. I even got a manicure from the shop downstairs. I’ve stayed at many properties and her hospitality, attention to detail - recommendations especially, and her availability (timely communication during the holidays) made our stay the best. Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Angela’s place was super cute, comfortable and relaxing! Angela made us feel at home and was easy to communicate with. My husband was over the moon watching the boats, wave runners and a lovely little family of swans on the canal. We found some great restaurants near the rental. Ship Bottom Beach and all it has to offer was just over the bridge, easy peasy! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway at Angela’s place!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Ryan's place was great. Ryan was super responsive and I was recommend his place to anyone that would want to rent in Seaside Heights for the week or weekend! We would 100% rent again from Ryan!

This was my girlfriend's and I second time at this airbnb. We wanted to return because we were treated so well! Once again we received a warm welcome and we will be back in the future!

Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

This is an excellent location! Just a hop skip and a jump from the beach. The space was very tidy and had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. I would recommend it!

Great studio. Prior to check in, Michael provided fantastic pictures showing where to park and where the enterance to the studio is located. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Was quick to respond with instructions when i tripped the kitchen circuit. Kitchenette has an air fryer capabile microwave, toaster oven, and single hot plate. Michael also provided fantastic recommendations on local places to check out. I love that there are menus to local places located in thr kitchen and I added a couple to it. I also loved that Michael was flexible and allowed me to extend my stay easily when the purchase of the house we were buying in the local area fell through. Fantastic host. Would recommend.

Tammy and David were great. This is what every Airbnb should be like. They should give a master class on how to treat guests. The best shore spot I have been to by far. Hope I have the pleasure of staying here again. 🍷 Grazie mille!

Very cute place, host was super responsive. The location of this place is amazing! Pretty much walking distance from everything so we loved that. We enjoyed our stay! Would come here again for sure.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have an enjoyable stay every time! Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, and is a great location for a weekend away.

We’ve stayed at dozens of Air BnBs for our yearly summer vacation. This Air BnB was the best by far. We booked both apartments for 10 adults and 8 kids. Every room was spotless (a rarity for a space this large). The pool area was perfect for such a large group and the house had everything you could possibly need. The hosts are clearly running a very organized, well-thought out project. Beach, park and zoo are a quick drive away. Don’t miss this place. We are already scheming to figure out how we can get back next year! Don’t miss this place.

All of the hosts were beyond helpful and communicative. Their home was beautiful down to every inch which made our stay beyond relaxing. Besides the home being very comfortable there is also a hot tub four feet from the front door which is in a great location thus offering privacy. Definitely choose this home if you’re looking for a top notch place for relaxation, luxury and is down the block from the beach! Run here, don’t walk.
