Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We came down to stay for a couple of days. The location was perfect for what we needed. Seven of us stayed in the house, it was clean and spacious. We were checked in on each day of our stay to ensure we had everything that we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Waking up to the sunrise on the water was a great way to start the day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s beautiful home in Ship Bottom. Beautiful views and was a perfect fit for our family. Loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite bath! Michael was a lovely host and quick to respond when we had a question. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you are staying more than a few days (or have more than a few people staying) is that only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We also had to purchase dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Not that this was an issue, but just something to prepare to bring with you. Overall, a great house in a beautiful location on the island. We will look forward to another off-season visit!

What can I say? All the other reviews were spot on. This was a spectacular home for a family wanting to spend quality time together, inside and outside the home. Serene, beautiful surroundings, spotless home, and all the necessities to enjoy cooking/grilling at home and feeling at home, while also being close to LBI and other surrounding beaches. Highly recommend, flawless experience. Thank you Mike and Milu!

May’s place was in the perfect location for our 4 sisters gathering. The sunrises are spectacular, plus we got to watch bald eagles on the ice in the river. Her place is spacious and comfy with a giant sectional and giant TV.

Very nice, quiet, healthy and safe place to stay. The host is very friendly and understanding. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Melissa’s after attending an evening wedding in the area and it was perfect! Very cozy! Bed was very comfortable. Had a nice water view located near the bay. Would be a nice place to spend some time boating and crabbing and other water fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alexandra was very responsive and answered all of our questions prior. We knew what to bring and what we didn’t. Plenty of room for guests and great outdoor living space. Thank you again for having us. Wonderful place.

This place is truly in the perfect location in Brigantine! As someone with a child it was extremely easy to walk from the house to the beach and back, even multiple times a day. You’re also very near to great restaurants and shops so it’s super convenient. The house is perfect for families and has a well stocked kitchen and grill, which made cooking meals a breeze. Finally, Tyler is a great host who was super responsive and helpful. I will absolutely try to rent this gem again!

We stayed during Thanksgiving Weekend! This would be a great place to stay in summer time with family!!! We would definitely stay again!

Jana & Craig are beyond hospitable: there's always a smile, always a "yes" answer to your need--and maybe a boat ride if your timing is right. Jana became a second grandmother to our youngest guests and way accommodated our late changes when a daughter and young kid could join us without prior notice. The "room" is homey, peaceful, clean, and spacious, like the upstairs of a home, with both bay and sunset views, and it's walkable to downtown Stone Harbor. Parking is accommodating and free with no immediate traffic or competition. And there are plenty of perks: mini-chocolates, snacks, tea and coffee, plastic wear and plates, and more.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable place. We had a great quiet peaceful weekend! Close to Atlantic City and Smithville.

Although we only stayed a night (next time hopefully longer to enjoy more amenities) this was a great place to stay. Very clean and updated. It matches the description perfectly. Our host was super responsive. Would def come again!

This is the second year we stayed in a cottage with this host. The places are clean and charming and were both directly on the lake. We had several sightings of the black swans in the lake as well! Love that this is dog friendly, too.

Though this was a one night stay, my family and I felt right at home! Cozy and peaceful home! Would do it again.

Just as listed, peaceful & relaxing. Host is very responsive. House & deck very spacious & modern. Great location, many restaurants, stores & the parkway close but not too close. This was our 2nd stay & will return on our next to NJ

Saying we had the most peaceful and relaxing anniversary is an understatement. This home is comfortable and beautiful. Joy thoughtfully left us eggs from her chickens and she is a great communicator. All appliances worked perfectly. Take advantage of everything the resort has to offer from hiking (free) to seeing the lake (free) to massages (not free) and more. Smithville is very close in proximity. We left feeling so grateful and we can’t wait to come back in the future!

Pictures don't do justice! We were visiting family in the area and I'm glad we found this beautiful cabin, close to restaurants, but also tucked in a bit among other cabins. Felt like we were at a ski town. We enjoyed a peaceful stay right on the lake with beautiful views. We spent a lot of time inside with family and the cabin was more spacious than expected based on pictures. The cabin is old but very well maintained and felt homey. The kitchen was well equipped. There is quite a bit of temperature difference between the front of the house and the back of the house but it wasn't a problem as we spent most of the time in the back of the house in the living room. We visited in the winter, but it would be even better to stay here in the summer! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed at Swan Lake for short winter getaway, Thurs-Sat, even though it rained just about the whole time we still had a lovely stay! The clubhouse was adorable, for shooting pool. We enjoyed the nature trail. The lake was frozen during our stay so no water activities for us, but our amazing host provided all of the necessary details should we had chosen to brave the tundra. We checked out the very nice gym, actually made me want to work out on vacation. We did not book any of the spa services because of other plans but, we did tour the area, it also looked very nice, our loss. Swan Lake's convenient location let us take advantage of both Smithville & Atlantic City, two very different vibes, it was fun to fit both into our weekend. Then to come "home" to the cozy fireplace and enjoy the sound of the rain on the lake was perfect. I definitely recommend Swan Lake for anyone interested in the private lake house feel with resort amenities, yet still a stone's throw from big attractions.
