Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Boulsdon Croft. The setting is absolutely beautiful with so many nice places to sit and relax. We made good use of the hot tub and the lawns and enjoyed the communal spaces in the kitchen and upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and we were left a lovely basket of food and a very tasty cake. Laurence kept in contact and was very helpful. All of us would absolutely come back and think a summer stay would be incredible.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Our stay at The Coach House was wonderful! I’m a gardener, and I had no idea from the listing just how incredible the gardens are at Bretforton Manor. They are immaculate, inspiring and it was such a privilege to spend time in them. The short walk through the magical garden to The Fleece Inn pub has to be experienced. It’s like living in a story book. The food and service at The Fleece is excellent. We were at Bretforton for 10 days and ate at the Fleece three times! The kitchen is stocked for making meals, the bed is very comfortable and the bath and shower are great. Lucy and her family are lovely. We absolutely adored this vacation, and would love to return.

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

My second stay at Anne’s place and just as good as before. Anne left me what I required for breakfast which was kind of her. The room and bathroom are ideal for a single traveler. The local pub only 10 minutes away is a good spot and served good food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Anne.

We had a great time staying with our family (5 adults, one child, and one young toddler) in this place! It was so easy to walk to anywhere in Stow-on-the-Wold from here, the setting was beautiful, and we had everything we needed for our family.

Great house in central Oxford. Beautiful house in peaceful street. Good restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Easy walk to town centre, very convenient for commuting to science park. Would definitely recommend

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Stuart and Kim's cottage was perfect for our stay and was great to stay in one place for a few days, we even booked an extra night. Charming wee cottage tucked away down an alleyway off the main road. Quiet and clean with everything you need. The kitchen and lounge are downstairs with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms up the narrow staircase. Would definitely recommend this cottage for a stay.

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

We had an amazing weekend and it was the perfect house and location. As a group of friends it was ideal as all of the bedrooms were ensuite and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only real downside was that the dining table was not large enough for us all to sit around - but we managed. The kitchen was ideal for chatting and shaing snacks whilst dinner was being prepped - a real social space. We loved the games room and had a lot of fun in there. We enjoyed a lovely walk on May Hill and the gardens of the house are beautiful and spaceous. Ultimately if you are looking for a house to share with a large group of people , whether that is family or friends then I / we would recommend.
