This has to be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly comfortable and in a perfect location. I was nervous about bringing my 6 year old here in the winter but we had plenty to do. Janel answers my questions almost immediately and provided so much in her home! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Lots of space inside. Kitchen well furnished, with new appliances. Bathrooms were spacious, both with huge walk-in showers. Water temperature was lukewarm, at best. Water heater needs adjustment. Bed configuration was strange. Master bedroom had two single beds, with no flexibility to put beds together. Only one TV in 3 BR home. Overall great accommodations, away from busy streets and noisy neighbors.

We had such a great stay. Such a cozy place with wonderful direct access to the bay. Jennifer was very proactive in her communication with us. She reached out before we got there and adjusted our arrival time because we arrived a little early. She checked in on us the first day, took care of us quickly, and then let us have our privacy the rest of the days we stayed there. Pretty much exactly what you'd want. I'm sure we'll plan to stay there again in the future.

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

Loved our long weekend at The Little Gray House…it reminded us of a nostalgic beach house (with updated amenities, i.e. WiFi, hvac,!) We loved the bird watching and the peaceful, quiet surroundings. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!
