I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

A lovely warm welcome and accommodation that delivered everything promised. Peaceful remote location perfect for relaxing with added bonus of a great hot tub and sauna to add to the experience. Lots of information shared before arrival regarding the surrounding area, places to visit, eat etc. which was much appreciated.

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. My partner and I stayed here with our little Pomeranian dog and 2 friends. It was lovely as soon as we walked in with the Christmas decorations up for our stay w/c 23-27 for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Was very relaxing and cosy! Everything I needed in the kitchen to do a perfect Christmas dinner 🎄🎅🏼. Definitely would love to come back and stay! ☺️

What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

My husband and two young children stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Caravan was beautiful, so many extras to make it feel like home. The hamper upon entry was a lovely surprise also children’s room was made up especially! So grateful, the kids loved every minute, especially the hot tub! Would love to stay again in the future. Thankyou!!!!

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.
