Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone staying in or around downtown Little Rock. The residence was very well maintained and comfy. Close to the River Market and Convention Center, but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet stay. View from the terrace is great as well.

Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

To be honest Michael is the best host I have met so far. Very proactive, super friendly and always supportive. I always knew that one can tell about the property after speaking with its owner. And after already a few minutes of our interaction I knew we were going to love the house. Thank you Michael! I would give you a 10+ 🌟

The hot tub / rooftop area was closed due to high winds and severe storms when we arrived. The next day they responded quickly when I asked if the area would be reopened for use. Within 10 minutes I received a message back that they had went and unlocked the door and set all the cushions back out for the furniture and we were welcome to use the area immediately. Was very impressed with the quick response. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bars. We did a three mile run across the Broadway bridge and along the river on the North Little Rock side. This is a great studio for anyone who loves the downtown area.

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

we stayed at the cabin for 3 nights with our 3 girls and we absolutely loved it! feels very rustic and "cabiny" which is what we wanted yet has all the modern comforts. Kids had a lot to do on the property and never got bored. The peaceful surroundings and amazing views from balcony were a huge plus!

A nice quiet place in a safe neighborhood. Just like visiting Grandma's house with out her home cooking. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed except soy sauce. Guess we will pack our own next time. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and the house had enough space for comfort and for the kids to get away from each other to prevent bickering. We enjoy our stay in this charming home. Thanks!

Ruth was a great host, and her place is fantastic. My group of friends and I really enjoyed the house, and thought it was a great property. Would definitely consider the property again. You may note that the interstate is immediately adjacent to the property. Inside the house, any road noise quicklyfades into the background and you don't really notice it much. The only thing that was any level of disappointment was that the upstairs is a little weird. There are two great bedrooms and a bathroom there, but you literally walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Probably an easier dynamic for a family than a group of friends, but we made it work without a lot of trouble.

Great place to get away. Would do it again. Very cozy home.

My wife and I had a great time here! We visited multiple restaurants on Main Street that were recommended, and they were all very close by and nice experiences.

It was comfortable and cozy. I loved the location and all the things to do in the area. The backyard was great and a nice place to relax in the afternoons.

We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The home had great amenities and Mark was an awesome host!

Me and my daughter were greated by homemade brownies that Martha had baked us❤️She was an amazing host and the little cabin was perfect for us in a time clutch. Thank you for everything!

Our stay was perfect. The hosts left lots of little touches to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was our second stay and I’m sure we will be back! It is a true gem.

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was great. As others have said, the check-in is a bit arcane. You have to go to an office and get the packet out of a lock-box (without any actual interaction). That's all fine but the office is 30 min away from the place in the opposite direction of how most people come, from Little Rock. So make sure if you're on a schedule to allot 45-60 minutes extra to get north after dropping off the keys. Other than that the place is great, definitely a little water pressure issue if more than one fixture is used at a time so don't plan on having multiple people get ready at once.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

Our stay at Dennis’ place was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in the most peaceful location! Dennis was very accommodating and provided great local tips— we got to do everything we wanted, and found out about much more we want to come back and explore! We can’t wait to return to Hot Springs Village, and are so appreciative for the peace and ease of this vacation all thanks to Dennis :)
