This is a charming, beautifully decorated home located in the historic Hillcrest neighborhood within easy walking distance of great restaurants, grocery shopping, and walking trails. Unlike many AirBnB's that are somewhat generic, the owners have beautifully and artfully decorated this for what was their personal home with unique collections of art, decor, and super comfy furniture. In addition, the back yard has a lovely koi pond, greenhouse, fire pit area, and deck with sofas for relaxing in good weather. This is a great place to relax and enjoy LIttle Rock. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. Ellis was super responsive and helpful, such as supplying a toaster on short notice. We had one unexpected plumbing issue that was quickly resolved within an hour. by a licensed plumber. I would be glad to rent this again when I have the opportunity.

Andrea is a wonderful host! Doesn’t pepper you with messages but responds so quickly if you need something. This is a great location if you want to be close to the action. We appreciated having laundry facilities, two comfortable beds and clean and cute interior with river front view. There’s construction going on in the area but we were not disturbed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and especially having Andrea as a host.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Market Place! The house was bigger than it looks, & the open common area was perfect for our group to hang out & play games & visit. Everything was very clean & organized. We loved how it was all labeled for easy accessibility. It is close to downtown, we were able to walk to dinner. We would absolutely recommend this place! Thanks for your hospitality!

This lake home was exactly what we were looking for to take advantage of the Hot Springs / Hot Springs Village area and attractions. The house was in great condition, was clean and had TONS of amenities. The host has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything you would need for your stay was on site. From a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a good meal to extra phone chargers and media streaming devices, staying here felt like a home away from home. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was super helpful during the check-in process. We'll definitely stay here again during our next trip!

It was a great place to stay. My kids enjoyed the game room. It was comfortable and welcoming.

If I could leave more stars I would it was a great house at a location that was perfect distance from all the stuff you could want to do, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were cramped. Host was awesome very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange: our loft was beautifully decorated, the bed was perfect, there’s parking right next door and it’s only one block away from Bathhouse Row. I can totally recommend the Exchange!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Lori has been such a delightful and responsive host. We feel very welcome when we arrive and she has made the Airbnb accommodation extremely comfortable and well stocked. We had a minor request when we were there, and within a very short time, she addressed the issue. Any time we come back to Little Rock, we know where we want to stay!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

Scott's apartment was a phenomenal stay! The view was incredible and when we showed up it was very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful time staying in the area and everything we wanted to do in the area was within driving distance. Scott was very welcoming and happy to help us find things to do/places to eat. It was a peaceful and quiet stay in the area with a lot of activities surrounding. Absolutely would stay here again!

Angela’s place was absolutely perfect for my trip to Little Rock! I’ve stayed at another property of hers before and loved it - so decided to give this one a try and I’m so glad I did! The decor is perfection - and the home is comfy, cozy and immaculate! Great hosts, provide helpful information, friendly and truly want to make sure you have the best stay possible! Check-in instructions are easy to follow, plenty of parking available, the area is well lit - and just a short drive to anywhere you need to go in Little Rock! Cannot say enough great things about the Chester Nests and will definitely be staying there again!

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

We had a wonderful stay. This location is so beautiful and peaceful, I would highly recommend for a quiet get away. There are restaurants a short drive away including in the old and new parts of Hot Springs. The Airbnb is perfect for one or two people and it felt very safe. We had our dog with us and the grounds were great for him, including the decking area where he loved to watch the birds.

We love to visit Lake Hamilton and Amy’s place right on the water. A calming view.

Beautiful location. The condo was perfect! It was a great place to wind down after running around Hot Springs.

Debbie was very responsive and her place was very clean, we appreciated the coffee and snacks big big. She offered to cook breakfast also.

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

We did a staycation with our infant. Amazing view of lake, boats, tall trees and mountains. It even had recliner in the patio. The place had everything we needed. Great location, only 15 mins far from downtown. The place is good for two adults and infant. Hollie was flexible for our special request due to our infant during check out.

Very relaxing location with a beautiful lake view! Perfect for two couples to have their own private spaces and also be comfortable hanging out together both indoor and outdoor the Airbnb. Highly recommend!
