Nice quiet place, country setting and easy drive to Sherwood. Great gathering area inside or even in the fenced backyard. Very clean and secure. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and the stocked kcups was a nice touch.

Diana was a wonderful host, so sweet and responsive. The house was perfect for our trip (5 guests). I enjoyed the sunrooms and the deck and pool were tranquil. The location was convenient and near shopping and restaurants. If we return to Little Rock, I would definitely stay here again!

The guys loved the place is was so great we can not say anything bad if You are going to be staying in the area this is the place you need to book the host was the best!!!and the place had everything and more my guys loved it there I don’t think they wanted to leave lol!!! Thank you for having us and I hope you stay booked up all year cause this place was so great if we are ever back in the area I can tell you this is where we will be staying!!!

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

The place was great. It felt secluded with privacy, when we were grilling food and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck. We also took advantage of the fire pit and the kids were able to make s’mores. As for the inside, it was much larger than what we needed, but we obviously were very comfortable with so much space. The house was very clean and I can’t find a complaint. I’m sure that we’ll be back again!

We had an amazing time at Jana's place! She provides plenty of supplies (linens, snacks, tp, even dog treats!). The subdivision is peaceful and beautiful with the tall trees and glimpses of the lake. We were 5 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and about 20-25 minutes from Hot Springs. Worth every penny and would definitely book with her again :)

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves! The house was just as described and worth the price. Denver and Brandy were super nice, responsive, and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly magical place to stay!

Would recommend! A great space with 2 full bedrooms and a nice living room area. The view from the windows and deck is fantastic! This location was perfect for exploring Little Rock by foot and car and perfectly located for our walk to Simmons Bank for a concert.

Everett was great to work with. Unit was very clean. Furniture was nice but not very cozy. For us it was fine because we were out & about more than staying in. Beds were very comfy. Towels & linens & blankets & bedspreads so soft and pretty! Tub was awesome. Showers were very very small. Views are gorgeous! Neighborhood very quiet & safe. Walls are thin--Can hear people in next unit... Fortunately our neighbors were only noisy when first arriving and otherwise kept quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay & we would come again in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace & fire pit!

Stacie had to make a change to my original reservation location months ago, and she immediately contacted me and offered this location, which was great!!! I enjoy the rental relationship we've developed and her places feel so homey and are so peaceful. I truly feel like a guest and feel so welcomed and can't wait to rent again during annual visit/event. Best host ever!!

Very relaxing location with a beautiful lake view! Perfect for two couples to have their own private spaces and also be comfortable hanging out together both indoor and outdoor the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Place was just what we needed for our impromptu family getaway!!!

This condo was awesome. Giant windows for lots of sunlight for our precious fur babies. Enclosed balcony on the first floor so the fur babies could walk around and lay in the sun outside too! Super clean and in an amazing neighborhood. Also, this host and the co-hosts were amazing. We had an issue at another Airbnb the night we arrived in Little Rock and had to find something else QUICK for safety concerns. These hosts were very empathetic and were SUPER FREAKING HELPFUL! Thank you for their help and they cared about our fur babies and that meant a lot too. So, thank you to the hosts, and your condo was amazing. We loved it!

Loved our stay! Gorgeous views! The kitchen was stocked with a variety of dishes, which made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. I would definitely come back!
