Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. In dem Areal gibt es sehr viele Villen, jedoch ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Ich empfehle ein Mietwagen da man sonst schwer in die Unterkunft erlangt. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe 5 min Autofahrt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca 15minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Larnaca entfernt, jedoch hört man kaum Flugzeug-Lärm. Die Unterkunft liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Highlight der Villa ist der Große Pool und der Gasgrill für ein BBQ. Savass war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Ich würde diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the tennis court, and while we didn’t use the swimming pool due to the weather, it was a great feature to have. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. If I ever visit Cyprus again, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Schönes großes Haus mit genug Platz. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit Auto ist alles problemlos in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Stylianos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We absolutely adore this place! It’s wonderfully equipped with everything you could want for a holiday home and more. It’s perfectly situated just a meter or so above the beach, giving you easy access to the sea while maintaining a lovely sense of privacy, as passersby are just a bit below the level of your villa. To me, the beach here is the best in the area. The coastline reminds me more of California than Cyprus! One thing to note is that it's quite far from other amenities, which actually adds to its charm for us. Cafes and restaurants aren't within walking distance, but thankfully, delivery services like Wolt are available, which is fantastic.

Alles war super. Nur für März vielleicht eher nur etwas für Kältestabile Menschen. Die ersten Tage war es Bitterkalt im Haus. Dann haben wir eine Mobile Heizung bekommen, dort wo sie war war es überschlagen aber weit weg von angenehm. (Ich bin eher verfroren) Später im Jahr sicher ein Traum. Sonst war alles top!

Incredible space and right on the beach. They location is quiet and a great place to relax and the Villas are very well put together and well stocked. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing secluded getaway with all the feelings of home away from home on a beach

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

Splendido soggiorno! Non c'è altro da dire, la casa è meravigliosa, nuova e pulitissima, la posizione a Pyla permette, con la macchina, di raggiungere in 15 minuti le più belle spiagge si Cipro, inoltre è di fianco all'ingresso dell'autostrada, dunque comodissima. La casa e la piscina sono semplicemente splendide come le vedete in foto. Che dire poi dell'host Nadine? Semplicemente stupenda! Simpatica, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per dare una mano o consigli su come muoversi, inoltre, cosa da sottolineare, la casa viene consegnata fornita di tutto, con il frigorifero pieno e con tutto l'occorrente anche in bagno, di fatto noi in una settimana non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di dovere andare a fare la spesa. Questa per noi è stata una delle nostre più belle esperienze di soggiorno di sempre e sicuramente, quando torneremo a Cipro, ci affideremo ancora a Nadine!!

Kyricacos and his villa is incredible. We were a bit unlucky with thunderstorms; but were incredibly pleased with using both the sauna and the pool in the absence of good weather! We had a small issue at the beginning of the trip re. having no water, but this was resolved overnight first thing in the morning, after we checked in. Also - the beds are a bit stiff, but perfectly fine. We truly recommend this place for the price we paid!

We stayed here as a group of 8 and enjoyed every second of it! It is the perfect accommodation to come together as a group. The Villa is very spacious and the view is unmatched! :) We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Ми чудово провели час в цьому надзвичайно гарному будинку. Все новеньке, чисте і зроблено з душею. Кожен куточок будинку дуже естетичний , є все необхідне (і техніка , і навіть капсули для прання білизни і посуду). Господарі швидко відповідали , дуже дружелюбні і приємні, йшли на зустріч. Будемо обов’язково повертатися ще і ще у цей будиночок. Зона з басейном та камін це взагалі окремий вид задоволення, дуже сподобалось. Дякуємо за таке чудове житло ❤️

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

One of our favourite stays with Air BnB so far! Michael's place was just amazing, spacious, clean and so beautiful. The linen smelled fresh and the house so well equipped. The pool was STUNNING and was difficult to leave! Michael was the most lovely host, friendly and accommodating and providing some little treats on arrival and through the week. We have three older teenagers and this place was perfect for giving them their own space yet having amazing family time. Would recommend having a car for this place, its a good walk to the local village if its hot, but I think to see the island thats a good idea anyway. Wasn't a negative for us at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tony is a fantastic host. He was patient and very helpful during our entire booking process and stay. The villa is fantastically located only 100 steps from the sea with a fantastic pool and new outdoor furniture. The villa has everything you could want from new washing machine and fridge freezer to microwave and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Bonus of house alarm made us all feel safer during our stay.

Villa Jupiter is a beautiful house with a lovely pool in a private courtyard garden. The house was spotlessly clean, it is practical for a family stay with great kitchen and living area, two bathrooms and private, off street parking. We would have given 5* for everything but our check-in was very poor, easy problems for Sunaholic to fix which hopefully they will for their next guests. Overall our stay at Villa Jupiter was excellent, great accommodation and we recommend it to other guests.
