We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

Our third stay at Maria’s house and it was as perfect as before. Maria is a very responsive host. The house has everything you need and is immaculately clean inside. It’s the perfect location and you can reach many places without getting the car out if you don’t want to!

This airbnb was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was as described in the listing and the whole place was immaculately clean! The kitchen had everything you needed and was huge, as was the upstairs lounge. Thank you so much

We had a fantastic time at The Grange! Louise is a great host and always quick to respond whenever I had a question, which was greatly appreciated. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour. And the pool? Simply amazing! It was perfect for the kids to splash around and have fun. Thank you so much for making our visit so memorable.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

We absolutely loved our stay at High Park ! We were on our minimoon and had our chocolate Labrador, Hershey, with us and we couldn't have asked for a better location! we loved the fact that we had exclusive access to the large swimming pool and hot tub for parts of the day! Anne even recommended a swim at night with the lights turned off and just the underwater pool lights off as it was so relaxing and we completely agree! Location was fab, you do need to be prepared to drive to places, but there's plenty of nice towns all within a 30 minute drive! lots of dog friendly beaches too! The accommodation was perfect and when I tell you that the bed was MASSIVE, I mean it!!!! Anne also left us some fresh milk from the farm next door and we could also purchase more from the Milk Kiosk if we wanted to! This included adding flavourings to make Raspberry ripple , chocolate, banana and many more milk flavours! She also left us scones, cream and jam! 100% would recommend! Thank you !! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t fault this house at all, honestly it was as lovely as it looked in the photos and the view was spectacular. The hot tub was a highlight and the host was really kind to leave us a bottle of Prosecco, plus a few other things, that was really appreciated. We seemed to be the only guests in the row of houses so we pretty much had the spa to ourselves too! There was only one thing that put a damper on our week, which I do kind of wish I had been made aware of before coming - there is a lot of construction work happening right next door. We got there at the weekend and it was super peaceful, but come Monday morning (early) there was heavy construction machinery and vehicles going back and forth in front of the house pretty much all the time. It’s not the hosts fault this is going on, but a heads up would have been nice. We still had a lovely time though and our dogs loved it!

Helen’s place was absolutely wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what was needed this weekend! Was really close to royal William yard which is where we needed to be, lots of extras included in the home like tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The beds were sooo comfy and clean, the heating was on at a comfortable level so the house was warm and cosy, was exactly as described and photographed! Was really wonderful to stay in a homely place, would highly recommend and would stay again. Also they were super responsive to any messages and even offered a longer check out if needed, all around amazing

We had a fantastic stay in Salcombe. The property is in a perfect location and instructions regarding the optional parking permit and local car parks was very clear. The property was spotless and contained everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Gorgeous spot in the Devon countryside with incredible facilities, both in and out of the cottage. Firstly, inside - we were greeted with a basket with scones and jam, plus clotted cream and milk for tea in the fridge. So even though we arrived at 9pm we dived straight into a cream tea! The cottage was beautifully welcoming with everything you could need. The travel cot was set-up ready for us which was a great help given our arrival time. Out of the cottage the facilities were top notch. The lovely warm indoor pool was such a treat, and the kids loved the outdoor play area and visiting the chickens and ducks. Had we been staying for longer I’m sure the pool and table tennis tables would have been put to good use too. We have family locally and are already looking forward to returning next time we visit. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Nice little chalet. It's a bit of a walk down to the sea (we didn't walk it because we were told the recent rain had washed out some of the path so we drove to a nearby beach).

Kingsand and Cawsand are beautiful and welcoming places to relax. Don’t miss going to the Rising Sun pub

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to Louise! The house was absolutely spotless, neat and we felt right at home. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful and so easy to drive out to different activities and locations. We had such an amazing time and we can’t thank Louise enough for sharing this lovely home with us! Very highly recommended xxx

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

We loved the house . So clean and spacious . Local to shops and food places . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc's home, it's located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. The upstairs of the house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower) while the downstairs is a spacious open-plan area leading onto a huge decking area. There is also a useful downstairs WC which isn't shown in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, even tea and coffee is provided (you'll find the toaster in one of the cupboards). There is a full size fridge/freezer; washing machine in utility cupboard. There is an out-building which we found really useful to store our 3 bikes and bikerack. The dryer can be found here but we just used the clothes line in the garden. There was a nice welcome box with wine, biscuits, sweets & butter. Just down the road is a great chippy called Fishionados. All in all, Marc's place really is a 'home from home' - thoroughly recommended.
