We came to this area for a trail race and this location was right at the start and finish line. We loved the easy check in and walkability to a famous local restaurant. Only moments from the interstate so travel was convenient but with the local charm. I will definitely stay with them again!

Exactly as shown! Extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed one night with a dinner reservation at Patti’s and it was perfect! We plan to do this trip again next year.

Andrea was an amazing, attentive host. She always responded quickly.. answering my questions & providing suggestion (food, area, etc) . It was a BUDGET friendly ADORABLE tiny space that has been maximized by the trendy decor, great lighting, super cozy BED, & all the little extras you may NEED! Cabin pizza right next door was PERFECT! We walked over in our PJS! (SO LAZY OF US!) THIS AIRBNB HAS A SUPER COZY HAPPY VIBE & PROVIDED MY HUSBAND and I the most lazy, relaxing. perfect weekend! We have the FUNKY LITTLE SHACK saved in our FAVORITE Airbnb file, so we can return!

This was a great place to stay during my visit to Grand Rivers. Wanda was friendly and provided info needed for a smooth check in. The place was very well organized and location-wise , it was within easy walking distance of the town center. Just overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the Land Between the Lakes area.

Ashley's place was a great place to stay in Grand Rivers. The weather during our stay was terrible with pouring rain and then snow. So we enjoyed a restful weekend and Ashley's place was perfect for that. The living space was very comfortable, especially the leather sofas. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was the best stocked kitchen we have encountered at any Airbnb property. The beds were comfortable, and the bath towels were thick and soft. We appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely stay at Ashley's place again!

Wonderful country cottage! We enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and provided all the basics we needed for our stay. Chris and Amanda provided prompt responses to any questions. If you are looking for a country setting to unplug and enjoy, this is a great location just outside of Paducah.

I really enjoyed this home. Perfectly located close to the water in a quiet neighborhood. Responsive host and clean comfortable beds. Cant wait to return.

Husband and I enjoyed the ambiance of the early 20th century house. I loved the attention to detail with choices of decor to be true to the time period of the house. The house has a great view of the River and a screened in porch from which to sit and watch the world go by. The host was quick to respond to questions, which was appreciated.

My husband and I and our 2 St. Bernard’s thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house felt like a warm, cozy cabin with the open kitchen, dining and living room area but there was lots of space for us all to move around and relax! Front porch was awesome. Great place to chill out and enjoy your morning coffee. Everything was very clean and we would love to stay here again when we return to the area! Oh, and if you’ve never been to this area- you must make time to go to Patti’s Settlement!! Great food and fun shopping and it’s just down the road from the cabin!!
