This cozy cabin was the perfect winter break getaway for our family. We loved the fireplace, loft area/game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there is lots of nature/outdoor activities to enjoy nearby as well as being close to a town with grocery store, restaurants, and other stores.

What was supposed to be a nice Valentine’s day weekend getaway turned into the most memorable, beautiful weekend of our lives ! Amanda’s gorgeous cabin provided the most romantic place for my partner to pop the question ! The cabin, the grounds and amenities along with Amanda’s careful planning and extra attention to detail made my fiancé’s proposal vision come to life and made me feel like the most special girl in the world ! This place is absolutely beautiful! The hosts were extremely friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Although cold outside, the hot tub was such a wonderful place to relax and star gaze. Super toddler friendly! Game room was so much fun! And well maintained! Would recommend and re-book. Stunning property! 5 stars!

My family enjoyed a wonderful time away at this peaceful cabin in the woods. The cabin and property were so beautiful covered in snow. The quiet nights in the hot tub with the cool air outside were great. And it was even better to come inside to the cozy living room and wood burning stove. The heated floors were an unexpected touch of class. Everything was well stocked, Phillip didn’t miss a single detail! We will definitely visit again, maybe in the summertime to enjoy the beautiful large pond!

My husband and I went for R & R, and The Bear Camp was perfect! The first thing you see when you open the door is the lake! The views are incredible! While it is relatively small(1 bedroom), it lives large. There are multiple decks with places to sit and an open floor plan inside. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We went in October and enjoyed the fall foliage. We would highly recommend The Bear Camp! One note of caution: there are stairs from road to cabin and from cabin to lake

Beautiful and peaceful way to spend the weekend! Views of the waterfall and hearing it every morning while drinking my coffee added a lovely vibe to this cabin in the woods. The cabin isn’t remote (which made us feel safe), but it was secluded enough to feel that middle of nowhere peace that we were searching for. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable! Perfect for a girls trip, cozy getaway, or even a self staycation!

We loved our stay at Sheila’s place! Right when we arrived we immediately felt at peace. The surroundings were beautiful and breathtaking, especially since it’s fall. Even before we left we wanted to book again! We have talked about taking a family vacation here every year as a tradition because we loved it that much. Sheila was very flexible and responsive with our booking which we really appreciated. Can’t wait for our next stay!

This cabin was a great and beautiful time, in a very nice town. Very private and the host is easy to contact with clear instructions. Definitely recommend and hope return another time!

Our stay at Sharon and Tom’s cabin was FANTASTIC. It was private and peaceful. It is honestly THE NICEST place we have stayed at. We like places with land to explore and have a little staycation. The cabin felt like home, and was well stocked to make our stay even more comfortable. The surrounding property is beautiful, and had lots of trails for exploring. The covered porch with fireplace really made the place for us. We were able to still enjoy a nice warm fire, and the outdoors/wildlife, on a gloomy rainy day. Sharon is a wonderful host, top notch baker, and it was a pleasure to meet her. We also appreciated that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. It meant a lot to us. We also bought some of Tom’s maple syrup. Yum! Thank you again for hosting us. We hope to return!

Great place to unwind for a weekend in a remote private location in the woods. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or to just get away for a while this is the perfect place. Our dog was in heaven wandering through the various trails tracking all the different smells. We came up in the winter with the ground covered in snow. Even though it was extremely cold outside we were toasty and cozy with the wood stove going. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent repeat stay. Absolutely spotless , our favorite air BNB to vacation as it's beautiful, cozy and scenic. The amenities are top notch and the place has everything to rest and relax. Clean and cozy linens and beds, space to explore and sights galore just looking out each window . Nice books , puzzles , games and a cozy tub to soak in. There's a lot to do in the area also esp by all the finger lakes . There's grocery stores right in the towns nearby to stock up. Some nights we went out to eat , others we cooked & stayed cozied in by the fire, played cards, watched Netflix .The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable dish, utensil or appliance. Also the cable and Wi-Fi are fast but reading a book and just daydreaming looking at the picture perfect views there are just as nice. This place is a must if you need to get away ..it's worth it and more. The hostess is a sweet heart, left us goodies and made sure the driveway was clear of snow. Thank you Jackie and Pete !

This is my 3rd stay, and I have never been disappointed. The scenery is beautiful and it's private & quiet. My husband and I hope to continue our annual stay - such a lovely, relaxing place to hide away for a long weekend. It's a quick drive to diners, parks, wineries - anything you'd like to do. We simply love it.

We loved our stay here!! The cabin was comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. Definitely keep in mind that this is pretty remote and surrounded by farm and woods so you can expect to hear some critters around you at night if you’re outside. The downstairs bedroom had us sleeping like babies with how dark and comfortable it was. We used the fireplace and grill and neither one disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

This cabin is beyond beautiful. Very secluded and easy to find. So much charm inside the cabin that you would never want to leave. I spent somedays in my honeymoon in this cabin and it was the perfect choice. So much to enjoy in the outdoors without leaving the property. Everything is thought for that it became joyful to enjoy and discover. It’s a little perfect get way place and I can’t wait to return to it especially around spring. The host is extremely thoughtful and caring throughout my visit and we appreciated their hospitality and respect. Thank you so much Bob & Peg we are grateful!
