Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Lisa was super kind and helpful. She was always responsive before and during our trip. The place was as described. It is well located. There is a restaurant right under the flat, but it is rather silent as it is a high-classed one. Shops, pharmacy and paid beaches are close. The free beach is a bit further, but reachable by car. Parking was also great right in front of the house. The flat was big with good A/C and comfortable beds. The flat is reachable with a longer indoor stair, but it is well made and easy to go up and down, even with some light disability. We went there as a family of 5, with adult kids and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place!

We stayed in the apartment for a month . Its an old house that has been renovated. The space was large and spacious, which greatly contributed to the pleasant and quiet atmosphere of the place. The location was ideal, very close to the beach. Equipped kitchen and excellent internet We felt that the price we paid was completely fair for what we received. This is a place that provides full value, and we truly lacked for nothing. The biggest bonus was definitely the hosts. They are not only great hosts but also know the city and the surrounding area very well, and they were willing to share all the information and tips necessary to maximize our vacation. Thanks to them, we discovered hidden gems and trails that we wouldn’t have found on our own.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung im August verbracht. Schon wenn man in das riesengroße Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche kommt, ist man von diesem Ausblick gebannt. Rechts der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, links die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel Royal und die 2 km lange Promenade. Stühle, Tische, Sofas auf der Terrasse in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Morgens hat man Schatten auf der Meerseite, abends auf der Terrasse zum Boulevard hin. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Bädern und hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlagen auf dem gleichen Stockwerk. Beide Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang auf die große Terrasse. Luxuriöser Gasherd zum Kochen. Oben noch eine Mansarde mit Waschmöglichkeit und Bad. Da man direkt über dem Boulevard wohnt, ist es natürlich nicht ruhig, aber es ist herrlich, die Menschen zu beobachten, die über den Boulevard flanieren. Wir würden das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato da Marco come punto di appoggio per il Lucca Comics. L'alloggio è ampio, confortevole, ordinato, pulito e rispecchia in tutto l'annuncio, sia per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti che la tranquillità della zona. Marco è un host fantastico. Presente, amichevole e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

L’alloggio ha una posizione unica, su una scogliera a picco sul mare. E’ stato un soggiorno veramente bello, circondati da pace, silenzio e dal rumore del mare. La casa sicuramente non è adatta a tutti (c’è un percorso con gradoni da fare a piedi e all’interno non prende il telefono) ma il tutto è chiaramente specificato nella descrizione. Perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con il mare

Seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa graziosa casetta letteralmente sul mare, spazi rinnovati, super puliti e poi Rebecca carinissima e gentilissima ci ha accolto con grandissima professionalità e un grande sorriso, spazi funzionali e comodi, davvero tutto perfetto. Siamo in pieno centro Viareggio sulla passeggiata quindi comodissimo se vuoi andare per negozi senza prendere nessun mezzo. Sicuramente torneremo per una terza volta perché ne vale davvero la pena. Complimenti e grazie ancora!!

Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

Ho passato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nella splendida villa di Stefania e sicuramente ci ritorneremo . La villa è pulitissima , con un giardino curato , piscina con idromassaggio , la casa e’ fornita di tutto il necessario , l’ho trovata addirittura più bella che nelle foto. La locazione ottima , a due passi dal mare e vicino a supermercati , negozi, farmacia , ecc . Nelle vicinanze e’ presente un parco molto grande e ben curato utile per passeggiate con cani e bambini . Stefania e suo figlio sono stati sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e necessità , un ringraziamento va anche ad Irene e suo marito Simone (collaboratori domestici) per la loro grande cortesia e professionalità . Uno difetto è la connessione Internet che in alcune zone della casa è assente e il wi-fi è molto debole , per il resto soggiorno super consigliato !!!!!

We loved our stay in Monicas house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoying one week of holiday. The house is big and did not feel crowded at all. The first days we were just amazed over how fantastic the old building was with its beautiful stone floors, high ceilings and windows. The garden is very large and private with a nice pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house with serveral restaurants close by. Can recommend this house to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Strand was op loopafstand, heerlijk zwembad en mooie woning!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luca war einfach fantastisch! Schon vor unserer Ankunft beeindruckte uns die proaktive und freundliche Kommunikation – Luca war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Er hat uns geholfen Taxis zu buchen, was aufgrund der limitierten Englischkenntnisse der lokalen Taxifahrer gar nicht so einfach war :-) Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Pool im Garten, der aus edlen Travertin-Steinen gebaut wurde – eine echte Oase der Erholung. Unsere kleine Maus hat dort Schwimmen gelernt. Ein weiteres Highlight war der kostenlose Zugang zu Sonnenschirm und Liegen direkt am Strand, den Luca für uns organisiert hat. Das machte die Tage am Meer besonders entspannt. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – mit dem Fahrrad waren es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wir können Lucas Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Francescos Unterkunft in Carrara. Besonders gut hat uns daran der große Garten und die ruhige Lage gefallen. Problemlos konnten wir binnen 20 Minuten zum Strand spazieren. Die Zimmer sind alle schön eingerichtet und bieten ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Auch die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin Claudia spricht deutsch und hat sogar angeboten uns vom Bahnhof Viareggio abzuholen, da wir erst spät abends ankamen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, sehr ruhig, ein Einkaufsgeschäft um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, hat viel Sonnenlicht und ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötige Gegenstände. Alles funktionierte perfekt und daher gab es keine Probleme. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung geliebt und würden gerne wieder hier übernachten. Wir können dieses Anwesen wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft , hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. Sarah ist super nett, war immer erreichbar und konnte immer helfen. Besonders toll fanden wir, die überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Hier konnten wir auch bei Regen sitzen. Wir haben die 14 Tage genossen und können die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Pulito, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Anna è stata super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, comoda ai servizi, con passeggiate lungomare e negozi nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!"

10/10 and probably the best stay I’ve had on Airbnb as a whole! Asia’s apartment was not only beautiful, but also extremely cozy and close to a very nice walking area near the litorale. The apartment has everything you need to spend a great time in Marina di Pisa (which is itself a very cute and welcoming town) and also has a clear set of instructions in a host-made book that makes it way easier to understand the rules and how everything works. One thing that shines remarkably is Asia’s hospitality, she went above and beyond making us feel right at home and making our stay a very special night, also being available for any questions we had. The only thing we regret was not planning to stay longer than we did, but our itinerary was a bit packed from the beginning.

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e pulito (stoviglie e pentole comprese, una rarità negli appartamenti in affitto). Posizione centrale anche se non comodissima per il mare. Giacomo gentilissimo e molto chiaro nelle comunicazioni, ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi e nostra figlia. Consigliato!

Staying at Andrea and Giulia’s home was an exceptional and delightful experience. The couple was incredibly friendly and engaging in conversation. Both of them are charming, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The entire experience was truly wonderful, and we highly recommend their place to anyone traveling with family or as group.
