La casa di Octavie è rustica ma molto curata, pulita e accogliente La stanza è confortevole, il letto comodo, il bagno ben attrezzato. Ci si dorme benissimo anche grazie al meraviglioso silenzio Il posto è splendido con intorno una natura selvaggia Octavie ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza, ci ha fornito utili indicazioni e consigli sulla città di Lucca e sui dintorni e ci ha preparato stupende prime colazioni. Consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Luca und seiner Familie. Sie waren alle sehr, sehr herzlich, engagiert und lieb, sodass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben und eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstehen konnte. Man hatte aber natürlich auch jede Menge Zeit für sich, wenn man kein Interesse an den Extra- Aktionen (wie Weintasting, Abendessen oder Kochkurs) hatte. Wir haben jede Aktion gebucht und wurden nie enttäuscht! Es war immer köstlich und wurde mir viel Hingabe durchgeführt. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön und die Anlage besticht durch ihren traumhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Pool aus! Wir würden es jedem nur empfehlen und immer wieder gerne kommen! Ganz liebe Grüße an Luca und sein Team und ein großes Dankeschön für alles!

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos con nuestros dos perretes en casa de Sabrina. Todo estaba muy limpio y acorde a las fotos y descripciones. El desayuno era una maravilla, y las instalaciones increibles, bien cuidadas, con unas vistas impresionantes y una piscina fantástica!! Gracias Sabrina por tu amabilidad , hemos estado genial!!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We stated here to celebrate my 30th birthday and to round off our road trip for our honeymoon. We wish we had booked longer here, it was my favourite place I've stayed. Luca, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed and even booked us a restaurant for the evening. He also helped us to naviagte up the narrow road to reach the parking (if hiring a car id reccomend no wider than a VW Golf which we drove up fine). The views were unreal, especially from the roof, and the pool was clean and chic, and set in the olive groves! To add to all this, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so yummy :) We will return here someday to stay longer and enjoy more :)

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

Come essere a casa ! Esperienza impeccabile. In vista dei prossimi Lucca Comics, sarà sicuramente nostra meta fissa !

One of the best places we stayed in, in Italy. The suite we stayed in was super clean and comforting. The breakfast was really cozy and nice and the big beautiful garden with swimming pool a great place to hang out. We have two young kids and for them it was such a pleasure to be here. The dinners in the garden were not only delicious but really got the Italian feeling out of it. Location is great in between Pise, beaches and gorgeous Lucca. Last but not least, the owners are the best of all. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

The best airbnb place I've visited so far! everything was in place, host was helpful and responded fast, place was clean and check in was without a problem. The apartment was stunning and we felt like home. I can't even describe how well we felt there^^ Great place no doubt. Highly recomended!

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

If I could say how beautiful this place is, you would not believe me until you finally get to experience this this is a five star absolutely gorgeous old farmhouse totally renovated into a most magnificent, beautiful Homie authentic place where you can rest you can walk you could totally enjoy your surroundings and also every little nook and granny has something unusual and different in it. The food if I can tell you is spectacular it was the best food we’ve ever eaten. Pedro was such a wonderful, wonderful host and all the staff have been wonderful caring giving us suggestions on where to go we never left for other restaurants to eat we ate here. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dinner. The nightly dinners were beautiful. Michelin star rated tried to stay another night, but they are fully booked. There’s not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is I don’t wanna say too much cause I don’t wanna give it away Pedro you have done an amazing job with Diego!! Thank you!!!

Cristina is a sensible and kind host really exceeded my expectations. The room is huge with a large bathroom and separated closet. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook but you definitely don’t need to with so many choices of places to eat just a a few minutes walk away.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij Clio. Vooral de tuin was echt heel mooi en fijn. Het ontbijt in de tuin was lekker en goed verzorgd. Lucca is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto en we hebben een leuke wijnproeverij gedaan op loopafstand. Ik raad het zeker aan als ie Lucca wil bezoeken, maar ook rust en natuur wil.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

We were absolutely pleased with all the accommodations. The place is beautiful and we wish we would've stayed longer. Lorenzo, Claudia (his sister) and his mother were the kindest people. They were helpful in every possible way. We needed to drop off the luggage earlier and they were very helpful with making it work. Lorenzo and Claudia helped us with places to go, a wonderful dinner, help with the trains and just wonderful conversations. I really enjoyed their mom, we communicated as she spoke Italian and I spoke Spanish and if that didn't work we used our translator apps. We hope to go back and would recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you so much :) <3

Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Abbiamo alloggiato solamente per una notte ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La camera era perfetta come tutta la casa ma il vero plus è stato essere accolti da una persona speciale e disponibile come Cristina. Se avremmo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.
