Great place! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and the patio and yard were awesome. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the toys! Getting down to the water wasn’t difficult - there is a steep hill but we had two young kids and a baby with us and the kids (2 and 4yo) managed it totally fine both ways. Great lake weekend!

Very comfortable and nicely appointed house for our family of 8. The location on the lake is also very good. The house is on good water and the dock was easy for us to use with our boat. Highly recommend this home

Maribel house was very clean and very nice private location. We were very comfortable and will come back

Diana’s place was perfect for us and our pups. Fence is completely closed in and the bbq pit was perfect for feeding the five of us. Master bathroom is spacious and very well lit. Cleanliness 10/10 in the bathroom and jut the whole house. Rooms were spacious enough and closets as well. I would recommend grabbing toilet paper and paper towels because there’s limited extras of those. The pictures are exactly like the home and the instructions to checking in and out were clear. This is my favorite stay so far!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We loved being right on the water. The back porch was wonderful for the sunrises & sunsets. We didn’t get lucky fishing, but the fish are there! Maybe we will get lucky next time. One of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at as well. Hope to come back soon!

Location LOCATION LOCATION! This is an ideal destination location! River access, pool table, ping pong, comfortably sleeps 12! Kitchen with everything you need! Kippi is AMAZING as a host going above anything expected. 5 thumbs up!

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay! The home was clean and exactly as described, with many thoughtful touches. Our family of 6 fit comfortably with room to be together or spread out. The bay is peaceful and the view is calming. Quiet neighborhood-nice for walking. We loved relaxing on the large back deck and sitting in the swing chairs down on the dock. Note that the stairs are very steep if you have mobility issues. We would definitely rent here again.

This property is a lakefront property, but the lake is dried up for a while now, but there’s still the Colorado river. Just a nice walk across the dry lake very peaceful neighborhood very clean and safe. Peace and quiet. Will stay here again.

We spent spring break here and the kids LOVED it! They enjoyed the pool , little put put green and the spacious house! Rudy was a great host, he answered all of our questions right away and made sure we had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING! so peaceful , highly recommend.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Sue’s place was great! It’s exactly as it is in the listing. Sue gave us clear instructions, detailed information, and great recommendations well before we arrived. We felt like we had everything we needed. The location is close to attractions but far enough that it was quiet and comfortable. The proximity to the pool was perfect for us. It’s right by the home but also in a spot where we couldn’t hear anyone while they were in the pool and there wasn’t a bunch of foot traffic. On our first day, there was a minor issue with the pool. I reached out to Sue, she responded almost instantly, and the issue was taken care of quickly. The home was clean, had comfortable rooms and beds, and there was a lot of seating in the living room that made it a perfect spot to hang out and visit. Overall, it was a great stay!

The stay was great! Well worth what we paid, very spacious, and so close to our family we were visiting. Erin was extremely responsive with answers to questions , and even offered a later check out time. Will definitely visit again!

Can’t say enough great things about our host Josh and his place! We had a large crew of 11 and this place was PERFECT! Never felt crowded or cramped! Beautiful interior, and the ninja blender was an unexpected help! When we weren’t playing basketball at the court just beyond the backyard, we were in the hot tub or playing cornhole or football in the green area outside the back gate. So convenient to town and shopping and the Tom Kite designed golf course is a hidden gem! We had 6 vehicles and there’s overflow parking just steps from the back door in the community park! Thanks so much Josh!

Our initials rental became unavailable due to HVAC issues and Vacasa was quick to find us a alternate place. Love the customer service and prompt response to our situation. The new place was even more than I expected.

Had a great stay at this place for me and a few company employees for culture building it suited us nicely. Place was clean instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This place was a cozy cottage nestled in nature, offering a peaceful escape with a touch of rustic charm. Enjoy comfortable interiors, enchanting star gazing, and serene surroundings—perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, a girls getaway or a romantic retreat. Although its location is in a country hillside setting, we found it convenient to nearby Llano and Kingsland. It was the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay again.

It was exactly what we were looking for! We walked right down to the lake to fish. The yard is beautiful & very shaded.

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms all had bathrooms which worked out great for our amount of people. Very pleasant surroundings, with a ton of deer! Our Grandkids loved the nice playground on property, we loved the outdoor patio with heater too. We would come back on our next trip to that area for sure

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

The cottage was a perfect spring break getaway for our family of four plus puppy. The location is gorgeous with a perfect location close to town. The cottage is very stylish and with windows everywhere you feel like you’re sitting out on the lake even when indoors. The upstairs room has an amazing view and we especially enjoyed watching the sunrise as we got up in the morning. Raimund was a great host and very accommodating, making sure we had an exceptional stay. We would definitely recommend staying at the cottage and hopefully we can plan another visit!

Great place on Lake LBJ. Small simple place with the necessities to make a lake visit work perfectly. We would definitely stay here again
