Was the perfect peaceful getaway that we needed as advertised. Home baked goods made you feel right at home the moment you walked in. The amenities were great and already looking forward to our next stay.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub on site were fantastic. Location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Texas hill country, but was offered great proximity to town as well. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it.

Der Stall made my boyfriend and I’s anniversary weekend! The privacy was exactly what we were looking for, and Susan gave so many helpful recommendations that made planning what we wanted to do that much easier. We spent our entire first night looking through the history in the space and listening to all of the CDs they had! The sweet treats Susan left us were very thoughtful and we loved the food. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay in Fredericksburg. Close to town but quiet and easy to get to. A great shower. Everything was as described. Really appreciated having access to a car charger!!! And all the extras they provide are a very nice touch. Don't pass up their unit.

The resort is beautiful! Spectacular views, peaceful and lots to do in the area. The apartment was very clean, and resort staff very responsive and helpful.

Loved the condo and the proximity to the town. View of the lake was gorgeous! Place had everything we needed and we loved the pool and hot tub!

The cottage was lovely and just what we expected! The decor was very nice, large living spaces and plenty of televisions! Everything was sparkling clean. The bath and bed linens were soft and comfortable. And what a pleasure to have no cleaning product lingering smells. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are two great coffee making options. We had a short stay and look forward to coming back for a longer one in the future.

Very clean, tastefully decorated and designed, fun, cozy, and great amenities. Comfortable bed, soft bedding, bath robes with a Jacuzzi tub, complimentary coffee with filters sugar and cold creamer options, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower in a private back yard area. Central A/C, easy to use privacy shades, quiet, comfortable, and safe feeling.

Kathy was an amazing host! She quickly responds and is very accommodating. She is the best host we have ever had and we have been to alot of places! This house is amazing too! We mafe such good memories here and we will be back! It was everything we could of hoped for here! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay. It was right on the river front and the house was exactly as advertised! It was peaceful, and walkable to restaurants and parks. Perfect patio and pet friendly! Thanks Carolyn for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

This home has a very special history and had everything we needed. The house was clean and Carla is a great host. We came down and stayed in Stonewell because we wanted to avoid the chaos that can sometimes be in Fredericksburg. It was close to a vineyard we really wanted to visit and just a really comfortable place

Hands-down, the best campground experience in Texas! Tammy, Tammy, Tammy! Ms. Tammy is the mayor of Dos Rios, and along with her sidekick, Roger and Nikki and Richard, this place is heaven. I am legit a better person for having stayed there. I can’t wait to go back.

This little place is in the perfect location, within walking distance of tons of restaurants bars, and attractions in Fredericksburg. Private parking is a huge plus, too! The place is exactly as described and pictured, and is a great place to rest your head after spending the day exploring.

This was a perfect location for a girl's getaway! Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. We didn't have to use our car all weekend. Hosts were super responsive and so kind. We would definitely book again!

This place was a cozy cottage nestled in nature, offering a peaceful escape with a touch of rustic charm. Enjoy comfortable interiors, enchanting star gazing, and serene surroundings—perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, a girls getaway or a romantic retreat. Although its location is in a country hillside setting, we found it convenient to nearby Llano and Kingsland. It was the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay again.

Liza's place was truly a tropical gem! Just a few steps away from her clean & comfy condo was a sandy beach with plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade and warm sun for hours. There was a fishing dock, playground and huge, beautiful view of the lake. My family of 3 had plenty to do, felt safe and had everything we needed thanks to our generous host. I knew if I needed anything I would be assisted by her quickly. Highly recommend the home & host for future trips!

John and Sherri’s place was even better than advertised! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the Backwoods BnB is a large inviting space. Our two young children had plenty to keep them occupied, and morning walks to visit Brandi and Bailey- the two resident longhorns- was a highlight for our son! The large open floor plan worked great for us, and allowed our little ones to tire themselves out before bed each night. Although secluded, the BnB was a great base for day trips to Pedernales Falls, Wimberly, Fredericksburg, and Enchanted Rock. Dripping Springs is also a short drive away for groceries, or a quick meal.

Our family stay was amazing. Definitely recommend; especially, if you have kids who love to swim. Short walk to the lake, two pools to play in, and plenty of space for my family of 5. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved MP’s place! It was wonderful for our group of 3 families! The pool was so lovely, we adored the outdoor table, & the pickleball court was so much fun! We cooked every meal in the kitchen & enjoyed gathering around! I would go back. I will say when we first got there, we killed 3 scorpions & another crawled out of a bathroom sink the first morning. Of course this was very concerning! Mary Pat was very prompt in calling me & said they very rarely have that issue. We definitely wore shoes the whole time & checked all sinks, toilets, & showers. However, we still had a great time & I would go back!

We had a great time! The unit was very clean, and staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. The only bit of confusion that we had was that we weren’t renting a specific unit. This is a timeshare, so you are assigned a unit at check-in. The pictures are stock pictures. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were very happy with the accommodations!

The condo is nicely decorated with a comfy bed. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Our grandchildren who came to visit one afternoon enjoyed the pool that was right next to the building. One thing to be aware of is that the TVs are not smart TVs, so you have access to the 50 local channels rather than using streaming accounts. This wasn't a problem for us because we could still access our desired content, but think you should know. Another VERY enjoyable amenity is the large soaker tub in the bathroom. Great place to relax after a long hike. Will stay here again if in the area.

Vacasa Texas exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the exceptionally clean and welcoming atmosphere. Our children especially loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the distinctive character and laid-back vibe of the property. One evening, we took advantage of the convenient location and strolled just 0.1 mile to Bear King Brewery, where the craft beer and food were top-notch. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we’d gladly return in the future.
