Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

We have stayed at Chuck’s twice now since it is close to family and have had a great experience both times. We are grateful for how well kept the place is. It is clean and comfortable and close to everything we need. We recommend Chuck’s if you plan to visit the area.

Eugene’s place is very nice! We had a great stay with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the coffee pot has a built in coffee bean grinder! Well stocked kitchen. Enough toilet paper for our two weeks there. Plenty of bath linens. There are nice neighborhoods to walk thru, but restaurants are a short drive away. Marble Falls is the nearest town and has good restaurants, gym(The Athletic Club), HEB grocery store which is great. If it had been a bit warmer we could have utilized the lake. Very nice neighbors! We had motorcycles and there is nice riding nearby. We would stay again! Thank you!

We loved the retro vibe. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. We were a short walk to Hoopers for the 50th anniversary of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. Check it out on your visit.

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

Dakota and his team are 5🌟+ hosts ! This condo is by far the nicest and beautifully decorated place that we have stayed out . It is a great layout and extremely comfortable. When you stay here you will be completely satisfied and know it was $ well spent. I really can’t say enough and you can’t ask for a better host . We would love to come back sometime in the future. This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! My family and I were in town for a wedding, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the Cedar Skies wedding venue. We also loved that there were fantastic local restaurants within walking distance. The home itself was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Tara was an exceptional host, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. It is a nice location inside an older neighborhood. Kerrville has a lot of things to do for a relatively small town. No problems.

Great location! The property was very walkable to main and resultants. Very clean and cute inside. Host was accommodating allowing early check in! Would recommend and stay again.

Sean was a fantastic host. We had a group of 10 girls in town to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and we had such a great time and felt right at home. Everything was just as pictured. Sean responded very quickly to our pool concerns and we were able to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone interested!

Susan was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean with all amenities listed, along with a couple little extras Susan provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Main Street. Susan provided information on Fredericksburg with ideas of things to do in the area. We liked having off street parking and a private, secure backyard. We had a great time.

The Eliza house was gorgeous and so glad it was our pick for Fredericksburg. Came here as part of my sisters bachelorette and the house was perfect. Very clean, lots of COMFY beds, and Afton was easy to communicate. Additionally it was only a mile from Main Street, and particularly Calichee coffee which we did a walk to each morning.

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was just what we needed and it was a nice beautiful home, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Host was very nice and gave clear instructions for check in. We would definitely love to visit again!

My wife and adult daughter (on leave from active duty military service) had a wonderful time with our two dogs at this property. It had everything we needed and was perfect in every way!

The home was very clean right on a canal that leads to the river. Great spot to bring your kayaks. We did fish from the home. You can clearly see fish in this area. We had a good time. Quiet neighborhood.

Brandi’s place was exactly what my family needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, and in theme. The condo is at a walking distance to a lake beach which was perfect if you are looking for some relaxing time. There was also a playground that my kid loved. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning in the future.

Thoughtfully designed and great use of space. QR codes everywhere. Loved all the seating, especially the multipurpose dining/work bench area. Lots of hooks throughout the unit to hang things. Kitchen is fully stocked. The complimentary German pastries at check-in, lavender scented space, and St. Patrick’s TV screen were all nice touches! There are signs of wear and tear in the unit. Here are a few items needing attention: -Shower liner worn out (had a rip/hole), mold on the bottom of white shower liner -Soap scum/lime scale on the tub, drain, and shower head -Hole at the base of the tub where small spiders were coming in and out -Stains on the bedroom king sized pillows (noted this due to stripping the sheets prior to check out) -Noticeable dirt/discoloration on family room area rugs which could use some shampooing or carpet cleaning -Brown stain inside the microwave’s back wall
