My partner and I spend a weekend at Pia‘s lovely cottage and we loved every second of it. Check-in was easy and flexible with a personalised check-in code and the communication with Pia was excellent. She gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and activities ahead of time and responded to messages immediately. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations, you can certainly see the love and consideration Pia puts into every little detail. We got fresh breakfast supplies according to our preferences and enjoyed the amazing view on our little balcony while watching the birds. We loved the bathroom which had a big spa bathtub with bath salts and organic toiletries. During the day the nearby road would get a little busy occasionally (it was a warm summer weekend after all), but being inside the cottage you wouldn’t hear a sound so it didn’t bother us at all. It was a wonderful experience to stay in Pia‘s cottage and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature

Fantastic venue. My partner and I booked this quiet getaway to celebrate new years. It had the peace and quiet we were after. The host was also very accommodating answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great and reaponsive host. 5/5 stars.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

Lovely and homely, everything we needed and more. Great place for walks, or riding bikes. The swimming pools were great. The local restaurant was very welcoming and friendly as well.

Beautiful place to stay. The cottage was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. The local area had so much going on and Julie’s recommendations of things to do I. The area were stunning and kept us busy. Highly recommend - and would stay again!

Had an amazing time at the windmill barn. Lauretta was so friendly, and the house felt like a home. Such a beautiful property. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Kristen’s place was a lovely choice for a little getaway. A short distance from the beach, and all you could need. It was a delight to come home from exploring and to just relax in the pool, or the spa. Looking forward to staying again at some point.

We loved our stay at Shaun’s in Seville! We chose Seville because it was close to all the places we wanted to go in the Yarra Valley, but a bit quieter. Shaun gave us some great local winery recommendations (loved Seville Hill!). The wood fireplace was a lovely touch. We had a great off the grid weekend. Will definitely stay at Shaun’s again when we’re looking for a weekend escape. Thank you!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

The property was perfectly equipped for our needs and Steve was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. The location is ideal just a short stroll to the beach, which was a huge bonus for us! The neighborhood is also very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were also thrilled to discover that the famous Penguin Parade is just a stone's throw away! And if you're looking for more adventures, the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island are only a 20-minute drive away. Our kids were thrilled to spot kangaroos roaming freely outside the house - what an unforgettable experience! And sitting outside on the property's seats, surrounded by lush greenery and listening to the sweet songs of birds, was pure bliss. The kids had such an amazing time that they're already asking to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Steve's place to anyone looking for peaceful, and nature-filled getaway. Thank you, Steve, for a fantastic experience.

Excellent accommodation with great access to Cowes. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to in Cowes and only used the car when we went to the Penguins Parade. Thoroughly enjoyed our quick Phillip Island getaway. Thanks Jo and Mike.

Andrew’s place was the perfect getaway for our group of five (plus our furry friend!). The space was spacious, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful retreat. We especially loved the garden—it was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Inside, the home was well-equipped and cozy, providing the perfect setting to unwind after exploring the area. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

Shackalicious is a delightful property in a lovely spot. Really nicely decorated, comfy living spaces, and our host Shelley was super responsive at all times.

Fantastic country cabin. Plenty of amenities, breakfast food, milk, etc. We enjoyed the wood fire, interacting with the pigs and goat over the fence, and watching our two dogs have the best fun racing about the yard and exploring. Cliff was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We would very likely stay again.

We had a great stay at Diane's place. Really good location. A full sized cot for the little one as well as a high chair and games for the kids. Diane was very responsive when we had a problem with the Netflix she came over straight away to fix it.

Our long weekend getaway to Marge's Cottage was nothing short of magical! Cheryl is an amazing host and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a delicious homemade cake and lots of breakfast goodies. You can tell that so much love and care went into restoring this gorgeous cottage, from the picture-perfect freestanding bath to the charming vintage-inspired decor. We enjoyed cooking, reading, relaxing and soaking in the tub and left feeling completely recharged. The cottage is in such an idyllic and peaceful location, making it the perfect spot for a weekend of R&R. Highly recommend!

Amazing venue, so romantic and special for our wedding. Already discussing staying their for our anniversary next year. Silver leaf cottage is nestled in beautiful gardens . Bernadette is very conscious of allowing her guests privacy . We only met her as she was watering the garden early one evening when we returned from a day out . She was friendly but not inquisitive. The setting is very peaceful . The only sounds you will hear are birdsong and chirping crickets . The French inspired decor is very easy on the eye and the towels and bedding are luxurious. The Queen sized bed is extremely comfortable and the shower of the very effective rain shower type . The location meant we could easily travel to see friends in Portsea and go to the beach in Sorrento and McCrae . We dined at Paul Louey’s Chinese restaurant in Rye where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced .

The cottage was very relaxing, private and romantic. We loved the spa bath and the space as a whole. Was walking distance to the shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. Will definitely be back to check out their other cottages as well.

By far the best air b n b we have stayed at. We were there for 9 days..Everything was nigh on perfect. Attention to detail, amazing. The chooks ( fresh eggs) fresh produce (veges) herbs etc just fabulous. Super comfy bed. Peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we had hoped for. We went out most days exploring, South Gippy is a real treat. And of course Daisy their dog just gorgeous and lots of fun. Lovely location to stay if you want to explore South Gippsland esp Wilsons Prom:) I really enjoyed the stay over the long weekend - peaceful surroundings and homey environment. Lisa is very responsive and offers very great advice around local cafes - I really love it!! Definitely would love to book again in future:)

What a beautiful place for a relaxing weekend away! We spent most of the weekend in the backyard enjoying the fire pit, the jacuzzi and the deck. There is everything you need there (except a dishwasher but tbh, you don’t need it!), the renovated bathroom is lovely and modern, the beds were so comfortable and the couch wonderful to nap in. Mark was great at communication and prompt, also allowing flexible check in and out. Would definitely come back! Definitely one of the better value Mornington listings given how great the backyard was. I think the photos dont do it justice! Thank you Mark
