We had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The communication and check in instructions were really clear and easy to follow. The location is perfect, conveniently in the centre of town. The apartment is spacious, warm and clean. The only negative is the shower pressure. Thank you for a lovely stay!

David's place was fantastic and he was a wonderful host. The place was spotless and the building itself is great! Private and quiet even while on a main road. There was some wind noise from the storm that rolled through but even that was quite cool. Spacious and well appointed, felt right at home. David met us himself to drop off the key, let us into the building and show us the ropes the first time. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having read the review just before mine from a week ago, I was quite concerned about what we would be walking into, but I cannot fathom that the person stayed at the same place I and my friends did. There was no smell in the hallway except for once and it was clear one of the neighbors was cooking something. He explained the quirk with the water (it needs to be reset after so much time or so much water running, it was no big deal even with three adults in the flat). The place was immaculately clean. I would happily stay here again.

Loved the location, transit was out side our door and the city was easy to get around. They had a few grocery shops to choose from near by and plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. The apartment with a lift was perfect for us as our sister has mobility issues and uses a walker. I would so recommend this location if you want a nice stay in Edinburgh. The host was very accommodating as we arrived a bit early and very tired after a long journey. All I can say great location, great atmosphere and a great host. Will be back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! The house is located right by the beach, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the sunrise—it’s definitely the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere inside the house is warm and welcoming, with family photos on the walls that really add a personal touch. I also loved the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway!

Hi, I don’t usually leave reviews but we had a fabulous stay here, host was very helpful. The location was brilliant for what we needed, lovely setting to be able to walk to the harbour. Got the bus into Glasgow city centre which was so easy to use and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We felt at home here and felt very comfortable, would definitely recommend if we are ever coming to Glasgow again we know where to stay next time. Thank you so much x

Brian was a fantastic host with an absolutely stunning property! The surrounding area is scenic and the property well stocked with everything you could need. We had an issue with extreme weather during our trip, but Brian was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping to sort everything out quickly. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed a lovely two night break with my husband, 3 year old and 5 month old. Place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the electrics in the back bedroom when we first arrived, however Kim was very responsive and managed to sort an electrician early next morning to fix it. Beautiful surroundings, highly recommend!

If you are looking for off-the-beaten-track luxury with incredible wildlife, views of beautiful Loch Etive and the surrounding mountains which are second to none - then this is the place for you! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay here and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this Air BnB and we would love to visit again. Note: we were thankful to find teabags and coffee - but bring your own milk. ;)

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. Elizabeth was a great host, approachable and very friendly. Her house was spotless and felt very homely. Very private with amazing views. Will definitely be staying there again. I have recommended her home to family and friends.

A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings! From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed and more. Ian was an excellent host, ensuring we had a wonderful few days. The homemade scones to welcome us were the icing on the cake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The location was good, with a short 25 minute drive down to Edinburgh and plenty of local amenities. While the accommodation may not be the most upto date, it was nice and clean and we had no complaints. Karen was on hand for any questions and she came and replaced a broken light bulb straight away. Would definitely come stay again

Loved this Airbnb, fabulous location and launch pad to explore different parts of the Highlands. Really spacious and we loved the upstairs area - for coffee overlooking the loch in the morning and for post hike movie sessions in the evenings.

Gramercy is a very conveniently located apartment with wonderful views of the Clyde. Paddy is a wonderful, friendly host and nothing is too much trouble. Freshly baked bread, milk and butter, tea and coffee awaited us on arrival and was so appreciated after our very long car journey. The bed was cosy and there were plenty of towels and everything we needed for our short stay. Very peaceful and relaxing- I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't recommend Gramercy highly enough. Thank you, Paddy! 😊

Michael's house was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very warmly furnished. He made everything easy by providing very clear instructions on check in, out and parking. He was also very kind. It was an accommodation experience that we would choose again if we go again.

We enjoyed staying at Brian's for a few nights while in Edinburgh. The place was very clean, neat, with lovely bathroom, kitchen organised with everything you need, big living rooms, and dining space. It was very easy to park and the instructions we received were very clear, the place easy to find and the bus station that took us to the centre just 2 minutes away. Brian was communicative, friendly and our stay was so nice that we think we'll return there again when you we back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much. A real pleasure!! 5 stars!!

Louise was very helpful and quick to respond. We had such a lovely stay so much so we have already booked a return visit. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house warm comfortable and cosy. The lounge was the only area we felt needed updating, the sofas were well past their sell by date and quite shabby. The furniture in that room on the whole was tired. It did not deter from our enjoyment. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. and Louise had very kindly left us a welcome gift. We used the local taxi service to travel about and they were very reliable. As said previously we are returning and would highly recommend. Thank you Louise x

Eine schöne Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann. Hamish ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und war gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach toll und liegt unmittelbar am Meer. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Uferpromenade. Ich komme gerne wieder.
