Great cottage with a lovely cozy feel. Had everything we needed and more. Our dogs also loved the yard and the dog towels provided especially seeing we had very wet weather. Would definitely recommend staying at Ambient Cottage and if we are ever in Toowoomba again would absolutely rebook this house. Slept all 6 of us easily.

The Teahouse is a fantastic place to stay short, or longer term. The property itself is just gorgeous, with thoughtful little touches everywhere, complete with a selection of wonderful teas and tea set. The property is very well laid out. We had a lot of room for my family to come together, while also having enough room for us to spread out when needed. The kitchen opens straight out on to the huge covered back deck, which overlooks the pool. The property does a great job of using greenery in the back yard to give privacy from the surrounding neighbours. The property has a very strict 10pm - 7am noise restriction due to noise sensitive neighbours. But this is easily navigated by sitting inside and closing the back sliding door. Rachelle is a great host. She was proactive, responsive, and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Teahouse. And, each of us commented that we wished our stay was longer. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

My husband and I had a beautiful stay at Kate's place. The view is spectacular and it is so quiet. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute. The accommodation is comfortable and Kate provided lovely little extras that were very welcome. Kate's cat came to visit and we invited her in and she was a lovely little thing. We were missing out cat from home so we enjoyed that. The accommodation is lovely, the view is beautiful, Kate is very friendly and kind, and we felt nurtured and safe. The weather was raining and cold on Friday / Saturday which was gorgeous as we lit the fire and snuggled on the couch. A perfect little getaway. I would highly recommend staying at Kate's place.

We would definitely recommend staying at Frangipani House when visiting Toowoomba. It was perfect for our family, we thought it was lovely. We appreciated the added extras, toys and our children loved playing outside. It’s a beautifully presented and cosy house, that is walking distance to excellent coffee and takeaway shops. We look forward to staying again soon.

One of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed in, wish we could have stayed longer. Rod and Celia went above and beyond, was spoilt for choice for breakfast options and really appreciate the personal touch. I will be recommending this place to friends for sure!

Jayne was an amazing host and made it so easy for us to come in. She made us feel extremely welcome and the bread, butter and homemade jam was much my appreciate. Would highly recommend!

Mandy’s place was a little piece of heaven, just what I needed in order to disconnect from a busy life. I was able to do a lot of reading, writing and reflection. And let’s not forget all the relaxing in her beautiful garden and that lovely bathtub! Thank you so much for sharing your space, can’t wait to be back!

The place is very cozy, clean, and organised. It’s like home away from home. Mel is extremely good and friendly. Her suggestions about the local whereabouts are very handy. She even helped us get a restaurant reservation on the night when it’s almost impossible to make a dinner reservation due to the festival. We highly recommend this place :)
