Renta de condominios vacacionales en Locos Beach

Wij hebben samen met ons hondje 2 maanden doorgebracht in het appartement en vanuit Formentera online gewerkt. De verbinding was heel erg goed. Verder heeft het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het drogen van de was op het dakterras was prettig. Bijna iedere middag heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten op het ruime balkon. Smaakvol ingericht en lekker schoon. Heerlijk geslapen. Leuk dat je tussen de locals woont. Karsten is een zeer goede gastheer. Vragen werden goed beantwoord en kleine onvolkomenheden werden adequaat opgelost. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Genial y encantadora, zona residencial muy tranquila con centros comerciales a pocos km, el minigolf más grande de Europa y nuestra parte preferida, + de 5 campos de golf en un radio de 20km impresionante. También cabe destacar la amabilidad y la atención de Gordon, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuese inolvidable, sin duda repetiremos!!

Geweldige plek, modern, schoon en goede indeling. Extra toilet. Supermarkt op loopafstand en genoeg plek om veilig te parkeren. Hele mooie omgeving die net buiten de drukte van de stad is. Laat inchecken was mogelijk en de reactietijd van Marjen was heel snel. Smetteloos appartement met 2 goede slaapkamers met goede bedden en airco zowel boven als in de woonkamer. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal in orde. Bedankt!

Amazing place wonderful hosts. Views were amazing . Enjoyed every moment. Even the hosts responses to anything needed or ask was delt with immediately. Can’t commend this place and people enough 5 star ⭐️

Muy buen piso, nuevo y súper cerca de la playa! Perfecto todo

Marion ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die elektrischen Geräte wie neu und alles blitzsauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Hier kann das Leben genießen, sei es auf dem Sonnenbalkon oder der großen Dachterrasse.

Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht. Mooie ligging 50 meter wandelen tot de boulevard en strand. Straat omhoog lopen voor supermarkt en restaurantjes en 100 meter lopen tot hondenstrand. Tot centrum van Torrevieja was 5 minuten met de auto. Wij gaan weer terug.

Andrey was a pleasure to deal with. Transfer to and from the airport. Appartment was beautiful, underfloor heating in the bathroom and powerful shower. Walk across to the beach. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Will definitely return.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

This is a great apartment. Ten mins walk from the Xenia beach. 25 from shopping centre. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Great high chair and travel cot provided. Black out blinds. Perfect kitchen. Amazing hot powerful shower. Lovely outdoor space at front. We had a perfect stay here and would recommend and stay again!

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Fantastic apartment located in a gated community Ivan was a great host and was very helpful during our stay The complex was lovely with a heated pool and gym We will definitely return in the future as it's really central with good restaurants and beaches nearby

Stayed here for 22 days with my wife and sister in law, very very clean , plenty of crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, lovely touch when we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine ,all in all a very clean well equipped apartment

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment was ideal for the football tournament we were playing in nearby. Lidia was perfect with her instructions and support. Apartment was clean, homely and in good condition, we could not have asked any more. Thank you so much and hopefully book with you again next year if we enter the tournament again ❤️⚽️

Die Wohnung war für uns mit 2 Kindern super. Die Zimmeraufteilung mit jeweils eigenem Bad war top. Der Garten war war super zum entspannen. Es gab einen direkten Zugang zum Pool so das wir nicht durch Treppenhaus mussten, was es uns mit Kindern sehr einfach gemacht hat. Die Lage dicht am Strand war auch super. Den Meerblick gabs vom Esstisch aus auf der Terrasse. Die Gartenmöbel knarrten sehr und könnten sicher bald mal ausgetauscht werden. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir eine ganze Zeit lang warten ohne das wir ob nun jemand kommt. Aber nach eineiiger Wartezeit bekamen wir den Schlüssel. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub.

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

Amelia was a great host , her place was impecable , easy to find , easy to check in. Had everything we wished for. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. Overall a very nice and enjoyable place for our break. Thank you Amelia and will definetly come again 😚👋🏝
