We had a lovely stay at Cynthia's. The cottage is really nice, with a green garden and great spots to sit outside. The fit out is comfy and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

While this isn't in a central walkable location, everything else stood out - plenty of space for the 7 of us, clean and modern look and amenities, the pool, and the welcome we got from Antoniette - house was airconditioned and cool when we got in, and the housewarming gifts was much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, just too bad for us that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a fantastic long weekend with our grown up family (5 adults). The place is in a great location, overlooking the cathedral and a walk to the art gallery, central intersection , cafes and restaurants. It is a tasteful blend of gold-rush Victorian and modern design which is light and very comfortable. There are some lovely welcoming features and the communication and entry to the house very good. We made the most of the pool and outdoor living area and there was plenty of room for us all.

Lovely quiet, out of the way house. Can see Demi & Sam have put in the work to renovate the house since buying it. Great butlers pantry / Laundry setup. Would look at booking again in the future, especially if secure pet fencing is installed.

We had a lovely stay in Quarry Hill! The house was just as described and very cute. Beautiful linen, fluffy towels and spotlessly clean. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Art Gallery but would have loved to have stayed longer! Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful when I realised I had left something behind. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the proximity of the property to everything... restaraunts especially!

Host was very friendly and responsive House was charming

My wife and 2 young children spent a few nights here, though wish I had booked a week! From the moment we got here, we felt very much relaxed and comfortable. The host ‘Em was more than accomodating and was so easy to get in touch with in regards to any questions I had prior to arriving. All the mod cons are available here though the kitchen was a stand out as well as the fire place and hot tub. (Your patience will be well rewarded, trust me.) Watching the kangaroos come in to drink at the lake while sitting in a steaming hot tub is an experience. If comfort, privacy and a sense of peace is what you are after, I can’t recommend enough. We will be back.
