Debbie and her husband Steve were very helpful and made us feel welcome with all their extra touches. Would definitely stay again.

Cynthia is wonderful and welcoming. I enjoyed having the opportunity to chat with her after I checked in to the property. The studio is comfortable and quiet. The backyard is so pretty and inviting. Loved picking oranges from the gorgeous tree in the garden. Cynthia’s sweet pup, Toby, is a delight and an excellent co-host. I look forward to future stays.

My family and I had a wonderful time. This was a great home for kids and we had an awesome time cooking together in the kitchen.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

We loved staying at Robyn's place and she was incredibly helpful in getting us in last minute. We had pretty bad experience at another airbnb property nearby, and had to book something last minute. Robyn's property offered the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor space we were looking for as well as a very well equipped kitchen. Robyn was very accommodating and incredibly responsive.

Great Discovery Bay location! Walking distance to Mountain Mikes Pizza, tennis/pickleball courts, and other services. Open floor plan with room to spread out and hang out. Exterior patio overlooks the delta and is a great place to relax and unwind. Would love to stay again in the future.

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

My second stay here and it does not disappoint. This place is quiet and secluded but near anything you might want to jaunt to in either Lodi or Stockton. My trip was for relaxation, sleep, and just personal downtime. There is some freeway noise, but only if you are outside. Inside, quiet as a mouse. On this trip, the lights in the kitchen were out. Gary was prompt to respond, came to fix them (a darn breaker flipped) which took no time at all, and was extremely aware and respectful of me in the space. Top notch service, in deed. I camped in front of the fireplace my entire stay. I picked up groceries from Raleys in Stockton, and was able to cook all my meals and dined with the very pretty stoneware that nicely matches the cottage vibe. I did not go outside much as this was a peace-and-quiet kind of trip, but the yards (front and back) are quite inviting. Even a stroll in the vineyard is nice. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

Nice room. Private and accessible without disturbing the roommates. Close to stores and 10 min commute to downtown area. The host is cool and you'll love to be here

Ought to be called the "Mary Poppins Cottage" because this place was practically perfect in every way. We were in Lodi for a dog show and Mimi's charming cottage was very close and convenient to the Grape Festival Fairgrounds but also walkable to Lodi's adorable downtown area with its wonderful restaurants, shops and of course, wine tasting. The yard, while not huge, gave our dogs a secure place to stretch their legs, relieve themselves and do some sunbathing after a long day at the dog show. The house had everything we needed (dishes, utensils, a washer and dryer, etc.) and best of all, no weird check-out instructions or requests. We obviously cleaned up after ourselves, but without the stress of a nitpicky owner! I really hope Mimi's Cottage is available when I am next in town!

We stayed again at Mike's place for our annual event in Folsom. We loves this house and it always feels like home. Thanks for accommodating our group again! :-)

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything 🙂

I need to watch TV from the bed which is perfectly set-up at the lovely cottage. I really enjoy the Keurig Coffee which is a piece of cake to make. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s everything you want it to be and more. It’s truly magical. The animals I saw: 9 Goats 2 Horses 15 Cows Frogs/toads- well, didn’t see them, but disturbed their sunning every time I walked by So many birds! - an egret, white owls, ducks, a glorious red bird with a green body that was making a suicide attempt in the road, many tiny brown birds, a blue Jay, 3 geese, turkey vultures, and 2-3 more where I wished I had brought binoculars - and was vibing with the detective from The Resident. 4 Squirrels Many, many insects 2 Lizards! I will absolutely be back, this escape made my year. ❤️

Stayed here while working as a travel nurse in French camp, CA. It’s a 40 min drive but it’s an easy commute (no stoplights and typically minimal traffic). The cabin is near Rio Vista (15 min drive) where you can grocery shop and the local market, get gas etc. It’s 30-40 mins from Lodi, CA where there is a well supplied Walmart and typical fast food and restaurants. Downtown Isleton seems to have a few restaurants of its own but I didn’t drive into town due to my schedule. I chose to live here over Stockton for my safety and this community is very welcoming and friendly. I would describe this place as a cabin rather than a tiny house. There is a good amount of space here. I would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Marty and Jess’s place, and once again, it’s an easy 5 stars! They’re wonderful hosts—kind, responsive, and always making sure we feel completely at home. The apartment is just the right size for my boyfriend and me, cozy and comfortable, and also a peaceful spot to work remotely. We especially love their beautiful garden and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. Already looking forward to our next visit!

comfortable home, matches photos, responsive host, cutest neighborhood! we were in town for a marathon and house was perfect for our needs. well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts + lunches. checked out some good restaurants for dinner within few minutes drive. great coffee shop just a couple blocks away. adorable neighborhood to take a walk or run in. beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. host was very responsive for anything we needed.

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Our stay was amazing! There were seven of us, plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor spaces are incredible. We ate dinner around the pool our first night with the sound of the Calaveras River rushing in the background. The gas grill was perfect for cooking steaks. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the kitchen deck watching the deer and fox that passed through. The bed were comfy, plenty of towel were provided as well as pool towels. Soap and shampoo provided as well! The only drawback was that we were there for only two nights. Jp and Maria were very responsive to the few question I had. We would most definitely recommend a stay there!

Another great stay at the ranch. It’s absolutely stunning during the late winter/early spring time of year. The cabin was clean and has a well stocked kitchen and our dogs loved looking out the window at the goats!
