This property is right on Georgiana Slough waterway with a big deck for enjoying the sun and nature. Super dog-friendly: we walked on the levee road to the boat launch for lots of water fetching. The house has comfortable beds and an excellent shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities and we cooked many meals there. There are lots of adventures to be had in the area: watching the big ships come up the Sacramento River, visiting historic Locke, excellent coffee & sandwiches in Isleton and good dining choices there and in Rio Vista. We met our hosts and enjoyed chatting with them. I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ripon, CA. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Ripon is a charming town. The host provided excellent communication, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We needed a quick minute place for 7 gals on a fun wine weekend from the Bay Area and this was our spot. Walking distance to Sutter Creek, safe, and enough space. Super happy to find a place for one night too! Kevin was responsive to all our needs and gave us some good rec’s! We will be back!

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Debra and Jose were wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and even provided Roku channels with guest access in both the living room and bedroom. Nice touch! They were very responsive, even when I had a need late at night. I stayed at their place for eight days, so enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The cost was reasonable and affordable, so all the nice extra touches were a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this charming apartment. Jose and Debra took good care of me, and I will be staying at their place the next time I return! Thank you, Debra and Jose! 🙂

This truly is a hidden gem! It was extremely spacious and had a huge backyard. I sat out on the patio at night and it was super relaxing and peaceful. Maurice was very easy to talk to and get ahold of. I had a few questions along the way and he always got back to me very quickly and with the exact information I needed. This will be our go-to place to stay any time we need to come to Stockton. Book this place now before people start to book it out.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. I was here for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed my time in Tracy. Everything and I mean is near here within just a couple of miles. The place was perfect for me. Laundry, exercise facility and game room, charging for my vehicle, security gate and friendly staff and guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nice stay, house had a distinct scent and certainly could have used a more through cleaning but the house has everything you could ask for pool,hot tub,pool table and the outside area was great to hang out in. Definitely would use again.

we loved our stay! The house was immaculate, roomy and comfortable! plenty of linens, pots, pans and dishes. The pool was sparkling, too bad we stayed during such a cold time. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and felt very private. It was AMAZING to have washer and dryer on-site, as we were traveling with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had and his restaurant suggestions are top notch, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.

What a beautiful home! The property itself is gorgeous, and the inside was lovely and tasteful as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable utensil, serving dish, cooking supply, etc. that you could possibly need. The refrigerator and cabinets were pretty stocked as well, although some items were long past expired and could probably use a little cleanup. Huge formal dining area, great for large groups. Beautiful sun room off the kitchen with wonderful natural light. Very big, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The only drawback, which I did see mentioned on another review, was the water had a bit of a smell, which in turn made the showers kind of stinky, and the water was yellow when we ran the bath. Just a minor detail; we drank bottled water instead, and enjoyed our stay regardless. All the rooms and living spaces were very clean! Lastly, Katy was a wonderful host. Kind, responsive, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed with our family of 5 and loved the space. The kids loved the rooms with the bunkbeds and spaciousness of the house was great. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a shopping center right by and a playground within walking distance nearby that the kids enjoyed. There were a few things we brought up during our stay but Shaharom was quick to respond and and address them immediately which we appreciated.

Pleasant and restful neighborhood, quiet and feels safe. Great restaurants just a couple blocks away. Easy access from the 99 and the 5.

The two goats and the miniature highland cow in the pasture below the cottage welcomed us as we drove up the driveway. Our stay was one of the top AirBnB stays we have experienced in 5 years! The coffee pods, fresh eggs, spice kit, paper towels, and overall cleanliness of the cottage was all very much appreciated! We stayed only one day on our drive to Oregon, but the short time we spent there was so wonderful we are already planning on staying again for a longer time.

We loved our stay at this little oasis! Just what we were looking for! I think I speak for my sons when I say the playground/treehouse did not disappoint! And as for me, none of it did! Very relaxing spot, comfortable, cozy for the fam, nice kitchen to cook...also has a nice little work space if you need it! Oh...and the shower, very cool! Great place, felt very safe!
