The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

We spent a wonderful week at Ami’s cottage and had a fantastic time relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Ami was an excellent host, maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

I travel extensively and this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Apartment is better than the photos and Pihla is excellent at responding.

Bellissimo cottage in una zona tranquilla vicino a un lago. La natura nei dintorni è splendida. Helsinki è raggiungibile in 30 minuti di viaggio in auto ( o treno da Espoo). Auto indispensabile. Casa ben equipaggiata, disponibile caffè, the, spezie e qualche scorta di cibo ( pasta, riso…). Disponibile biancheria in abbondanza Consigliata!

Wir konnten im Marius Häuschen am Wasser super entspannen. Täglich sagen die Rehe guten Morgen und wir konnten mit dem Ruderboot rausfahren. Die Sauna ist top. Es gibt viele Pfannen und Möglichkeiten zum grillen. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, allerdings sind Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle bereit. Für uns hat es super gepasst. Mariu ist hilfsbereit und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meitä oli porukka naisia nauttimassa ihanasta oleskelusta tässä maatalossa järven rannalla. Isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, paikka oli siisti ja tilat olivat upeat. Suosittelemme lämpimästi tätä rauhallista pakopaikkaa luonnon helmassa!

The most beautiful things about this flat are its big almost panoramic windows and this stunning view from it. You feel like not being in the city but in a magic winter forest. The building and the flat aren't new but have their own charm. It is cozy there. It is also interesting to have this experience here of living in an authentic Finnish place. The flat is not far away from the metro station and this station has machines to buy tickets. The flat has everything you need: dishwasher, kitchen utensils and even a washing machine. Bed cloth and towels are of a very good quality. Sampsa, our host, is very helping, friendly and has answered very fast all our questions. Thanks a lot!

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. Very stylishly renovated and furnished. Our group (6 adults) slept comfortably here. We are also grateful that we had the chance to charge our electric car here. Nora was a kind host who replied to our inquiries quickly. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house!

Tänne on aina ihana palata – paljon upeita muistoja tältä! Sängyt ovat erittäin mukavat, ja saunan jälkeen hiljaisuudessa nukkuu uskomattoman hyvin. Koirat saavat juosta aidatulla pihalla vapaasti, mikä on iso plussa. Varustelu on hyvä, ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Ainoa huomio isommalla porukalla on, että tiskikone ja pihasauna vaativat hieman vuorottelua. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihana paikka rentoutumiseen!

Fantastic stay in Helsinki. Walkable, convenient, quiet residential building less than 1 mile from everything! Super hosts!

We had the most magical time at Tuula's cottage! Tuula was extremely kind to pick us up and drop us at the bus station as we were travelling by foot. We wish we had more time to chat as Tuula seems to know so much about nature, orienteering and crafts! The cottage is charming and even with no running water, is extremely comfortable: the kitchen is perfectly equipped, showering in the sauna overlooking the lake is a wonderful experience, the composting toilet has its own little hand-washing device... We enjoyed the view from the front porch, did some stargazing, listened and observed birds (bring binoculars!), biked, hiked and picnicked in the park, swam and canooed on the lake, cooked on the fire outside, picked berries and mushrooms... There are so many things to do and enjoy in Nuuksio, our two-days stay felt much too short! We'd love to come back and absolutely recommend it! Thank you so much again Tuula for your kindness and for sharing this place with us and other travellers!

Todella siisti, hyväkuntoinen ja viihtyisä asunto. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja perus ruoanlaittoainekset. Parvella oli hieman lämmin omaan makuun nukkua, mutta onneksi parven pieni ikkuna tarjosi viileää ilmaa yöllä. Asunnossa ei ole ilmastointia. Sijainti melko lähellä Tikkurilan asemaa, joten liikkuminen helppoa. Asunnon ilmoituksessa kehuttiin ilmaisia pysäköintipaikkoja kadun varrella, mutta tarjolla olevat pysäköintipaikat olivat vain 2h tai 4h paikkoja. Meidän reissua tuo ei haitannut, mutta hyvä tiedostaa jos ei päivällä pääse autoa/kiekkoa siirtämään.

I recently had a pleasant stay at an Airbnb in Vihit. The location was beautiful, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The amenities provided were satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary essentials provided. The host was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They were also readily available to answer any questions or provide assistance during my stay. The surrounding area had stunning natural landscapes, allowing for scenic walks and outdoor activities. The peaceful ambiance of Vihit made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, my Airbnb experience in Vihit was good. I would recommend this accommodation to those seeking a tranquil getaway in a picturesque setting

Joanna’s place was great. Had everything I needed to have a great stay. Huge space in a nice older building. There is even an elevator if you are hauling a lot of stuff. The neighborhood is well stocked with bars, cafes, restaurants, and a decent food store. The location was really good for everything I did while in Helsinki. I found the city itself very walkable. The few times I needed to access the transit system, I found it was pretty easy to navigate, especially with the HSL app. There is a bus/tram stop 1/2 block away in one direction and two blocks away in another from the flat. Joanna was prompt to respond and gave clear instructions for my late night check in, made even later by plane delays. The icing on top was the sauna for use by tenants in the complex. I became quite enamored of the sauna experience in Finland and this one is great. Thanks so much for hosting me and helping my Helsinki experience be so great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vietimme ystävien kanssa ihanan loman tässä mökissä, ja voin lämpimästi suositella sitä kaikille! Mökki oli todella hieno, tunnelmallinen ja tilava – täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Ympäristö oli uskomattoman rauhallinen, joten siellä sai todella nauttia luonnon rauhasta. Mökki oli hyvin varusteltu, ja sisustus oli viihtyisä, mikä teki olostamme mukavan ja kotoisan. Kaiken kaikkiaan mahtava kokemus, ja ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen paikka!

Huvila oli tilavampi kuin kuvista saattoi päätellä, tupakeittiö oli tilava, upea, korkea ja avara - saunavieraamme mahtuivat hienosti aterioimaan kanssamme. Kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc olivat puhtaita ja uusia. Paikalle löysi helposti ja yhteydet sekä julkisilla että autolla ihan loistavat. Saunan löylyt olivat lempeät. Paikan sijainti Nuuksion kansallispuiston välittömässä läheisyydessä oli meille, reippailijoille, täydellinen. Matin kanssa kommunikointi sujui nopeasti ja ystävällisesti - lomamme ei olisi voinut olla onnistuneempi. Lämmin suositus paikalle.
