My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

This is a great apartment in the best spot inside Aquatika. 2 minutes walk to the beach entrance and 30 second walk to the main pool. The apartment has great space and its very comfortable for families.

Roy's place was like a home away from home, had all the necessary amenities and Roy was super fast responding if I had any questions. 100% recommended!

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

The host was very responsive and kind. Location on this end was very convenient. It was away from the main choice spot close enough to drive without an issue. My husband and 22-year-old son were also on the trip and we all found the space to be inviting and spatial. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was great for our group of 6 adults (friends/family/girls trip) and two infants. Very clean, newly remodeled, and good layout. Beds are comfortable and 2 bathrooms are a huge plus! There's room for our stuff and Lymarie's place provided items for a great beach day. We all enjoyed the pools, the quiet resort, and the porch! Wish we would have spent more time at their beach area, but it was a little ways to walk with babies and I had a knee injury so we just stayed closer to the condo. The location was great to drive to places we wanted to see including the ferry if you want to go to Culebra Island. The rainforest is very easy to get to and local grocery store is right down the road. Walmart is about 15 minutes away. We rented a van and would highly recommend having your own vehicle so you can visit other areas of PR that are amazing too. Highly recommend!

Place was exactly what we were expecting. Cozy felt right at home.

Our plane arrived in town around 3 AM. The directions from Jorge were very clear and made it easy for our Uber driver to locate the address. When we arrived at the apartment, we had no difficulty accessing the keys from the box to get in the gate and unit. The apartment is a short drive or Uber ride to/from the airport, touristy areas, and the cruise port. Throughout our 2-night stay, Jorge and his wife were responsive to our messages and offered local recommendations. We much appreciated these wonderful hosts!

Cesar provided a very comfortable condo/loft to stay with all the basics we needed. the beach access was nice and provided an almost secluded area to enjoy. The area had good night life with some immediate places limited to only the weekends, which is alright given the assumption that the area must have been thriving previously with the amount of abandoned buildings. still has great potential and you are not far from other places to visit in which we had a rental car, not sure how public transport or ride share is in the area but I did see uber cars. We would suggest this location to others in the future and would stay again if we come back!

My stay at Benita Guest House was overall enjoyable! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring Puerto Rico. Victor, Ambar, Jose, and Elsa were attentive and communicative hosts, providing a seamless self-check-in process with a clear lockbox code and helpful instructions. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary water, soda, local beers, and coffee—it was a lifesaver after my flight delay. The only minor hiccup was adjusting to the house rule about not flushing toilet paper, which was new to us and took some getting used to. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more context about this upfront, but the hosts were clear about it, and I understand it’s to prevent plumbing issues. I felt the location was a little outer of the town but the garage access was a bonus. I’d recommend Benita Guest House to others visiting the area and would consider staying again. Thanks to Victor, Ambar, Jose, and Elsa for their hospitality!

This host was great & the Airbnb was worth the stay. Perfect for me and my spouse for our weekend getaway. Only thing I’d say was the noise by the road side, but we were used to it, so no complaints here.

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Fred and vane were very responsive! Check in was easy, apartment is clean, private, quiet with a beautiful beach. The hot tub is so nice too! I would say, the location is a bit far from San Juan and not so many restaurants near by, but overall we had a great stay!

Maribel’s place was the perfect stay for my family. We were provided with clear instructions for check in, given local recommendations and always had a quick response when we had a question. The unit was clean. Having beach chairs, and a wagon to bring our belongings down to the beach was very convenient. The resort grounds were lovely, lush and had lots to do for my 2 young kids. It was more of a secluded area but great for families and had security presence to enter the property. Restaurants in the area are only open Friday-Sunday so a car rental and/or purchasing groceries is key. Our only complaint was that there was not a BBQ present as shown in the pictures and we were told this was due to fire department regulations. However, many people had them on their balconies. Otherwise we would recommend this place to those staying in the Loiza area :)

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

We felt very safe, staying in a place with two babies under one. Having safety was really important. We were close to a lot of things that we want to do. The condo was close to the beach and close to the pool. The backside had a peaceful view of a wooded area. Because we were at the end, we didn’t have to deal with traffic. We had two nice parking spots where we could bring groceries in the back so it felt private. It had a nice little kitchen. We knew it was not a brand new condo and we didn’t expect a brand new condo or amenities as we were looking more for a good price. It was affordable and exactly what we expected. I would stay there again and I would definitely work with Emmanuel again. He also helped get us a driver to bring us to the airport in the middle of the night. There was also extra beach towels and other beach equipment so we didn’t need to bring ours. We needed a travel crib and Emmanuel got one for us.

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

My family of six, 4 kids aged 7-17, really enjoyed our stay. The third floor condo is only a couple hundred yards from the ocean and steps away from all of those pools! This trip was a break from our habit of going to the siesta key/ Anna maria areas and I was ready for some adventure, diversity and culture. Stay inside the safe walls of the Aquatika resort and you’ll forget you’re in Puerto Rico, until an iguana crosses your path. But Aquatika is located about halfway between San Juan and several of the towns on the south east side of the island that you’ll need to get to during your stay. Angel was the best host I’ve rented from on Air bnb. He was communicating in the days leading up to the trip and made sure we had all the information we needed and even sent a list of his personal favorite places to go that we checked out and I found my favorite beach I have EVER been to (terraplen). The condo itself is great and we hope to return some day.
