I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

we stayed in puerto rico for a week and stayed in 3 airbnbs. this place was the best! the other two had no hot water. we kinda wished we booked this place for the whole duration of our stay. The house was super clean, the hot water and shower was amazing, the host were friendly, and the house was easy to find, and kid friendly. we felt right at home.

organized and very clean! AC and hot water working fully. wifi was spotty but it wasnt any issue for us. Lillian had reset it, and it did get better. Lillian was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. the noise level tho- Bed was very squeaky AND the roosters do cry 247. yes. 247. not just morning, but throughout the day. But we prepped ourselves with earplugs in advance so it was no biggy for us. Def 100% recommend if you plan to rent a car!

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

The place was just as advertised, affordable, and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Went to vacation for spring break in PR and this house was the perfect house for my family of 6! This home is beautiful and very spacious! After a day of beach and sight seeing coming home was perfect, everyone had space to relax. The theater room was a nice touch with the bean bags! The pool and yard was the cherry on top! If in the caroling, PR side this is the home for you!

Excellent stay. Met the owner , very nice guy , area is nice and quiet , and rooftop balcony is very nice to admire at night.

Luis place was super neat and clean since I walked in. Luis answered any questions I had and also gave me ideas of things to do near by.

Our stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts were very kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and pick up our luggage after check-out, which made our trip much easier. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. Definitely a great option to stay in Carolina. Highly recommended!

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

Raina’s attention to detail and extra goodies took this place to the next level. It’s super comfortable and felt like home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again. Solo girl travel friendly as well.

We had an amazing stay. Deysi was very helpful and responsive. The pictures perfectly depict the layout of the home, very spacious. Neighborhood felt safe and very pretty. Close to everything by car. AC in every room was a plus. Bed was super comfortable!!

We love this area and staying at Ivette's place was a special treat to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and surroundings. Will definitely come back!

This condo had everything we were looking for - beachfront location, private beach, pristine water, clean and beautiful swimming pools, amazing rooftop terrace, and visible security! It was outside of the busy city of San Juan, located 30 minutes from El Yunque. We would love to come back!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked; beach towels and chairs. We loved the private outdoor spaces. The small balcony off the kitchen was a great way to start the day - could watch the iguanas sunning themselves in the trees. Then in afternoon/evening enjoyed the large roof top space -very comfortable and spacious and grill worked great. Nice, clean pool. Beach was rustic; not one to really walk along or swim but great to just sit on and enjoy the view. Condo close to El Yunque and Luquillo beach. Enjoyed our stay here; would love to come back.

Home away from home. Literally everything you would need from food spices to bug repellent and aid kits. Thank you again so much for such a wonderful stay. The property was really well kept, super clean and pristine. Shalaunas quick response and recommendations about the area were also really helpful. Thank you again for a great stay.

Javier is a great host, he made us feel right at home. He very attentive and responded quickly. Very respectful and friendly. Nice, comfortable and clean home. My kids enjoyed the pool and we love that the beach is just a walk away.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay. Right on the ocean, only a few steps away. It had everything we needed. I liked that it was a gated community. It was mostly quiet which was nice to get away from the city. Great fresh fruit stands not too far away.
