This place was very nice. Location to the beach was great. The convenience of the beach and pool was good. Less than 15 min drive to local dining which was great. I would definitely revisit.

We had a perfect stay! Four of us were getting together from across the country to celebrate our 60th birthday. The condo was so comfortable and clean - great furnishings, kitchen had everything, bathrooms were modern, great toiletries, comfy beds. The rooftop was fantastic - breeze and view of the beach and mountains and super comfortable couch. We spent every morning there hanging out, then drinks at night. The beach was steps away though the back yard gate and felt like having a private beach - beautiful sandy beach kind of a little Gilligan's Island with coconuts and palms and gorgeous water and views. Not a ton in the neighborhood, but we loved that and could get to old San Juan and other nearby spots easily. Ziplining in El Yunque rainforest was close and amazing. Snorkeling at a nearby beach was beautiful. We also took an excellent walking tour of Old San Juan and drove trough the mountains. What a great vacation & always so happy to come home to our place - Thank you!

It is a beautifully renovated condo steps away from the beach. And it has everything that my family of 6 needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated property with clean linens. Got plenty of recommendations and information and very easy and communicative hosts. Will not hesitate to recommend or go stay with them again.

We love this area and staying at Ivette's place was a special treat to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and surroundings. Will definitely come back!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Great location, short drive to many activities, multiple beaches in the area. Outdoor areas very nice.. balcony, roof top area, pool, and beach… Host very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again.

Overall, the place was great. Nick and Cándido were both very responsive. We had a minor hiccup but they were both very empathetic and resolved the matter as soon as possible. The private beach access and roof top was great. The location was accessible via car to both Old San Juan and Fajardo.

This Puerto Rico Airbnb is great! Very convenient location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10mins to the airport, close to San Juan, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The place is very big, just as the pictures. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Carlos and the team for a great place to stay. We had 13 guests including 3 kids. We rented a van from them in addition to the house. Communication has been great - we messaged whenever something came up and they replied right away. This house has all the essentials including a decent kitchen and appropriate tools. The pools is great and we spent a good amount of time exploring in the ocean at low tide with our water shoes on. We used the kayaks a couple times as well as the stand up paddle board. We walked to the beach. This is certainly not a luxury stay but it is a great vacation spot for families who want a place with the basics on the ocean and with a pool. It’s close to Luquillo Beach, rainforest and not too far from the ferry. We ate at Erik’s Pichanos twice! Bug bites -People in our family are going home with lots of itchy bites. I’m not sure if it’s because we are so close to the rainforest or something else… but we’ve stayed in the tropics and not had bites like

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

We had such a great time at the Nice Beach House! We went for walks along the beach every morning and loved looking for shells and exploring the shallows. They have a large shaded table on the porch that was perfect for meals and looking out at the ocean. Comfy beds, great AC and WiFi, and light blocking shades in all of the bedrooms. Grounds and house are meticulously maintained. No downsides here. We did have a couple of minor mechanical issues while we were there, but we were AMAZED by the responsiveness of our hosts. We’ve been regular Airbnb users for years, and Tim/Sarah are special. Within 15 minutes of reaching out, they called and fixed the issue. They also sent along a list of recommendations after booking (many of which we used) that saved me a ton of research. Highly, highly recommend! We would love to return!

Great stay. Older place, but very clean. Looked like the pictures. The view looking at the ocean was beautiful! Beach across the street was also very nice, with beautiful water. But, very windy during our stay. Not sure if that is the norm. Good beach ammeties provided by Alejandro. A/C is in bedrooms only, and worked great. The house and near neighboring homes were clean and felt safe. Driving to the house, could seem a bit unsettling to someone not used to PR, but all was good. One great restaurant in the neighborhood. Pasta Y Rico. Awesome. Overall, great place to stay for the money. Highly reccomend.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

This condo had everything we were looking for - beachfront location, private beach, pristine water, clean and beautiful swimming pools, amazing rooftop terrace, and visible security! It was outside of the busy city of San Juan, located 30 minutes from El Yunque. We would love to come back!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked; beach towels and chairs. We loved the private outdoor spaces. The small balcony off the kitchen was a great way to start the day - could watch the iguanas sunning themselves in the trees. Then in afternoon/evening enjoyed the large roof top space -very comfortable and spacious and grill worked great. Nice, clean pool. Beach was rustic; not one to really walk along or swim but great to just sit on and enjoy the view. Condo close to El Yunque and Luquillo beach. Enjoyed our stay here; would love to come back.

Home away from home. Literally everything you would need from food spices to bug repellent and aid kits. Thank you again so much for such a wonderful stay. The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

Ruth was a very attentive and helpful host, and her rental was beautiful, clean, and adequately stocked with amenities. We would absolutely recommend this rental (especially for families) and we would recommend Ruth as a super host as well.

This was our family's first vacation to Puerto Rico and our first experience with Airbnb and it was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and had some recently done upgrades. There is a private patio that has direct line of sight to the beautiful beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching/listening to the waves. Aquatika is a nice and well-maintained condominium complex, that is gated with security present all day, every day; we felt very comfortable and safe. The location in Loiza is ideal and we were able to reach most places that we wanted to visit within an hour drive. Carmen was an amazing host. I had several questions regarding our upcoming visit (groceries, tours, etc.) and she responded immediately and very helpfully. The only recommendation I'd give for future visitors, and this is not related to the condo, is to bring bug spray with a good percentage of DEET (if you can tolerate it) and maybe purchase a citronella candle or a fogging spray to help.

We enjoyed our stay. It would’ve been nice to have a restaurant on site. A place to get a drink and snacks would’ve been great! We really had a great time on the beach. A little disappointing the lazy river was out of service but it should be nice when it’s finished.
