This was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing time. Bring there during the snow storm was so fun. So grateful for Lisa and all she did for us to have a cozy vacation. Can’t wait to come back. Beginning to feel like our second home at times! ❤️

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect. We did have an unexpected adventure of getting to the house since the road sunk and was unable to be driven on. Steve was quick to inform us and helped figure out a solution for parking so all was good. The house is super cozy with a fireplace on each level. It was very peaceful and quiet which melted the stress away. The location is great too, close to Lake Arrowhead Village for restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tess’s place was AMAZING!! It was 5 stars all around. It was tricky to find at night but with her helpful directions we got there no problem. It was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, with plenty of towels. We had to cut our trip short due to my daughter getting sick and they were very accommodating about that as well. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay there and would rebook myself.

Really great place to stay at. Very cozy and comfortable. I loved how it was equipped with pretty much everything we needed it such as pots, cups, plates, towels, blankets, etc. Loved the book in which it pretty much gave you all information you need to know when it came to house rules ( which it wasn’t crazy absurd rules like other Airbnbs), a list to do around the area & the nice part was that they even added a free parking pass for certain places in the area. Absolutely LOVED the jacuzzi!! The jacuzzi was our favorite part of our trip. Would recommend and would come back again.

We had a great time at Daniel’s home. It had a great mix of classic feeling of Big Bear, but at the same time, modernized and beautiful wood trim and style. The spa was really nice and was at a great temperature, perfect for after hitting the slopes. The kitchen was clean and had all amenities in case you wanted to cook. And the coffee machine was a great touch in the morning to be able to make a quick hot cup of coffee. The neighborhood was really quiet and nice, we even took a walk one early evening and it was very nice. Great stay.

Stayed here with my family this past weekend and we couldn’t be more happy with everything Ellie’s place provided! It truly made us feel right at home. Walking into the dream cabin with the high ceilings and connected living room and kitchen space allowed us to be together the whole time and really enjoy our time here! We recommend this place for families! and will definitely book another stay here when we’re back in Big Bear. Thank you Ellie! We loved your place!

Pros: Location is private. House is clean with great view. Hot tub works well. I’m very picky about beddings and how the room smells like and they are nice and clean. Cons: The driveway to the listing has lots of bumps so if you have a sedan might need to drive carefully or it will scratch the bottom of your car. Hairdryer is not the strongest. Ladies with long hair may want to bring your own dryer. Great value and will definitely stay again.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. We would definitely like to return and would highly recommend for a couple or small family like ours. Simply charming, clean cabin.

This was my first time using an Airbnb. I was not disappointed. I selected this place for its high reviews. The property matched the pics and description. It was very warm and comforting. I had a question about parking which was clearly and quickly answered by Tony. We were there for a short time and spent the majority of the time away, but I would have loved to been able to spend some more time at the property. The welcome “touches” were appreciated and I would definitely book a stay with Tony in the future.

Dog friendly, beautiful home with an amazing view and friendly host. We were warm and comfortable during the storm.

The house was cozy and comfortable. We only stayed one night but we baked in their kitchen. The back yard was small but our two big dogs still had fun running around in the snow. The only thing we wish was that the rooms each had doors. But you had to go through the first floor bedroom to get to the second floor. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and teas and we had a wonderful time. The location was also great. The house itself was in a quiet area, but very close to town.

Fantastic stay. Such a cute house! Jeanna was incredibly generous and flexible with check-in and out times, which was so helpful when driving in from long distance.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s house. It was so spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The view of the forest and lake is unreal from the balcony! We couldn’t have found a better place to make memories.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, private, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We liked the location as it was close to shops and restaurants in The Village. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Brian was a wonderful host and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at Matt's cabin. It never disappoints. Matt is responsive and super friendly. The cabin is always a clean, comfortable place to stay. It gets pretty cold in Crestline. When we stayed, the lows were in the high 20s, but with the heating provided and the cozy fireplace, we were VERY comfortable. The shower had GREAT water pressure and the cabin has an EXCELLENT water heater. The kitchen has refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, utensils/plates and a pretty great stove top, so making a family dinner was no problem. I can see how some might say that the stairs to get up to the cabin can be challenge, but for us, it is doable and worth it for the privacy we got from the street (FYI we are in our mid 40s). This place feels like home as soon as you step into it. To be completely honest, I'd be really disappointed if Matt ever sold this place, because it is GREAT rent!... but on the other hand, I might consider buying it :)

I stay in air bnb’s often and this was my favorite in a long time. The place was as described, lots of amenities, & things that a lot of hosts haven’t provided: large supply of towels, extension blocks in multiple places so we could plug in many things at once. & there is so much to do! There were a few nuances that weren’t all his fault & aren’t worth rating lower than 5 stars since the stay was awesome; neighbors’ dogs were constantly barking. Drove me crazy. My friend had a package disappear even though it said “handed to resident” but it was delivered a couple hours before our check in time so it happens. Donald wanted to meet in person (despite it being self check in) so that he could verify my credit card and ID, which is technically allowed, but not required like he said it was and I’ve never experienced this. He wanted to talk to us multiple times a day on and off the app, call & message until we answered. And we were quite busy. Overall, great experience, glad we stayed.

My girlfriend and I loved this place as soon as we stepped in the door. Scott’s place was super clean and very spacious. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. You have a view of the lake and also ducks. My girlfriend and I were pretty cold but the heater and fireplace warmed us up really quick. We were 5 minutes without traffic from the village and 10 minutes with traffic. We would definitely come back!

We stayed at Jennifer's place when we were evacuated by the Eaton fires. We had to book it quickly (with two dogs and three kids) and Jennifer was accommodating and flexible. She told me that she would help if we needed to extend our stay. She was so kind, allowed us in early, and was super easy to communicate with. The house is incredible! The kitchen is my dream kitchen with a huge island and amazing appliances. The two sitting areas are super comfortable and cozy. The house has many lovely touches that made it feel like home. My three teenagers were very happy there and felt they had plenty of privacy. The backyard is equally pretty with a jasmine arbor and a nice sized pool and jacuzzi. For a little extra money the pool heated up nicely (it is January). The neighborhood is very family friendly with a sidewalk and pretty houses. We will carry great memories of that house, even though it was a scary time for our family.

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage. Impressed by the attention to detail! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Elizabeth is a great host, very easy to communicate with. Thank you for the cheese a crackers - we really enjoyed that.

The house is beautiful on the inside and has an entertainer’s back yard. There’s a killer pool, artificial grass area, and BBQ zone (gas and charcoal). The bedrooms a spacious. 3 of the bedrooms are basically primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Not really a 6 bedroom house though: one bedroom is locked off and another is inside one of the primary bedrooms (it is ideal for someone traveling with children). We really enjoyed the house and would absolutely come back. Also, Helen is a delight to work with.

I had a very pleasurable experience staying at John’s! It’s amazing with a big group of people because there are so many rooms with huge couch space where you can hang out depending on the vibe. The place was basically spotless and was equipped with all the essentials. John was responsive and was so helpful with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

Mario & Ivette's place is fairly easy to find, nice condo that needs upgrades. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, we spent a lot of time there. The condo is drivable to the village and walkable to the boulder bay park which you can feed ducks. Our time there was enjoyable although the beds are rock hard and pillows are too soft. If you do book make sure to bring your own pillows if you need support. They are very responsive and flexible on times although they require a 6hr turn around for a little place. The only complaint I would have is there was black hair all in the guest bathtub. Overall we had a nice stay.

We stayed at Kelli’s place for spring break and it was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and is located in a great neighborhood. The outdoor amenities are amazing. Our 3 kids were in the pool every day. We plan to return in the future when visiting family nearby.
