The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was exactly what we needed. Easy taxi trip to Wembley Stadium.

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The face to face check - in was easy and simple. The place matched what was advertised and the host gave us a peaceful uninterrupted use of the property. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Transportation wise, a bus stop is just 4 mins walk away and from there access to other transport modes such as the tube and overground stations to other parts of London is within easy reach. There is a large retail centre (Enfield Retail Park) close by; about 5 mins by bus.,where one can easily do all the shopping needed without going to Central London. I found the accommodation to be excellent and the location/ neighborhood to be ideal.

Mollys place is a gem. As are her and her family. I loved staying here for work. It was comfortable and private, but they were very communicative whenever needed. Park is very close by, the house is incredibly comfortable. Id recommend it for anyone needing a place in this area. 10/10

We had a very enjoyable stay in Fiona’s residence. The property itself looks exactly like the pictures and was situated on a lovely, quiet street whilst still being situated at a nice proximity from the tube and livelier surrounding restaurants and stores. We were provided with all of the necessary amenities and we slept well on the very comfortable beds. Fiona was also a very communicative host, providing us with plenty of information about the area whilst the option for remote check-in and check-out aligned well with our schedules. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would come back again. Thank you!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

We have stayed several times at Tommy’s place now and as always it was perfect. Tommy, Harold (and Blanco) are excellent hosts in every way leaving nothing to want for (thank you again for the delicious croissants!). And the bungalow is such a perfect hideaway in London, in the midst of everything and yet so quiet and peaceful it feels like you are in the countryside. We don’t really want to stay anywhere else when we visit London.

Beautiful stay! Standard was higher than expected! Felt right at home and would love to visit again.

We stayed there with 4 adults and two (10 & 12 ) kids. The apartment was big enough, big kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom and a large wardrobe (probably meant to serve both bedrooms because the others doesn't have a wardrobe ). The kids slept on the folding sofa in the living room (a bed on the small scale for that but they made it). Overall, very convenient close to a minimarket and lots of busses going back and forth on the main road next to the apartment. Will definitely go there again.

Very comfortable & great location. Easy access to Jubilee Line. Nice walk to Abbey Road Studios, Hampstead, St John’s Wood. Can’t beat the location. Also has a very nice large shower. Laura was very responsive & was able to arrange an earlier check in. This was very much appreciated as we were so weary from traveling.

Nicoletta and Ron were absolutely wonderful hosts and the cottage was a perfect oasis for our trip. Coming home to the neighborhood each night was so nice. It is a quiet, lovely neighborhood and the garden was a fantastic place to sit with tea in the morning. We absolutely intend to come back again and we are so grateful to Nicoletta and Ron for a wonderful stay!

Lovely host with a clean living space, has everything you need for a short stay. The host was responsive and friendly, she made us feel right at home. Good location with easy access into the city centre. Would stay again anytime.

This property not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! It is even better than the photos and the description provided. The property had everything, and more, that we could have needed. It was exceptional and felt like a home away from home based in the most beautiful location and surroundings! We are sad to have only been here for one night and are already planning our next visit. Charli was super friendly, efficient and thoughtful in communication - cannot wait to return!

I had the pleasure of staying at Lucy's beautiful home for 4 months whilst my property was undergoing repairs, I could not have asked for a better experience. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and clean the home is and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are lovely and modern. Lucy was always super responsive, friendly and accommodating . We were also able to park our cars on the grounds off the main road which was an extra perk. The coach house is set back off the main road and surrounded by trees and a small woodlands which makes it private and quiet. Transportation is great, my son was able to just walk across the road to get the bus to school. Overall, I highly recommend Lucy's cottage for both short and long-term stays. The combination of a beautiful home, convenient parking, and wonderful host made my four months here a truly enjoyable experience.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in the annex for 12 days this past Easter. We had a great stay! With the upstairs room we were able to get the kids to bed and relax separately in the evening. The kids formed a nice bond with Otto (the new puppy) and the garden was long enough to offer us privacy from the main house /kitchen extension. We would stay there again for sure - Stradella Road is a prime location and Herne Hill itself is lovely with the park and 12 minute connection to the Southbank. Go for it!

Hands down the best Air bnb we have stayed in. Also as hosts ourselves we can say their hospitality and being accommodating to our specifications was excellent. The Apartment itself is very spacious, very clean and welcoming. We felt like it was a home away from home. The hosts were amazing and accommidated to our needs, as a host myself i love their attention to detail.

Laurie and Matt’s place is a great find. It feels peaceful which is rare in London! I was staying in between house moves and it was perfect and I plan to book my mum in when she comes to visit me. You can access the cabin really easily and come / go as you please. It feels really private and the cabin itself is so calming.

We truly could not have chosen a better Airbnb. Shimon was very responsive at all times. The area is spectacular, lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores! Overall our stay was a 5/5!!

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful location. Everything is top quality and super comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved the quiet and peaceful location adjacent to a footpath that takes you through the forest to some beautiful open fields. The owners are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly.
