I can’t say enough about this precious Airbnb! My fiancé and myself felt like we were a king and queen for the two days we were there. I had some questions and I got responses immediately. We actually wanna plan to make this a place to go as a yearly engagement, Airbnb! We got engaged that weekend, and I was very surprised! And we felt like we were on our honeymoon. It was very romantic, the views were phenomenal, and we wanted for nothing. They had everything for us that we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

5 Stars – Wonderful Holiday Stay! We had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful Denver home! The layout of the main area was spacious and perfect for our family of four, and the rooftop hot tub was a highlight—such a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just minutes from downtown, which made it easy to enjoy everything Denver has to offer. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even set up a Christmas tree for us, which added such a warm, festive touch to our holiday. Communication was excellent from the start, with thoughtful responses to all of our questions and extra attention given to ensure the space was allergy-friendly. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, including an espresso maker, which was a big hit! This place felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed, and conveniently located spot in Denver.

Good place and great host. Wyatt was even understanding and accommodating when my daughter was sick. Like others stated, you may hear pidder padder of tiny feet in the early morning but it's not a big dea if you have kids yourselfl. The hot tub was an amazing touch and we are glad we stayed here. would definitely stay again. As far as cleanliness I'd give it a 7 out of 10, definitely could use some dusting and removal of old soap bars in the shower. Wyatt communicated well when I had a sick kid at home and had to reschedule, but after that the communication sort of fell off when i reached out. Either way he's a nice guy and we definitely would book again.

We had a lovely time staying at John and Kylah's roomy dwelling in the mountains! Well furnished, beautiful location, friendly and responsive hosts, easy access to Denver, Boulder, Golden and nearby mountain towns, and all the Airbnb accoutrements we could want. We were lacking for nothing at this wonderful mountain getaway, and the hot tub was just perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

This is a beautiful property and the communication with Cathy was always easy, friendly and swift. The location is the bonus here as we walked to dinner each night and stores a short drive away. The hot tub, ping pong table and game cabinet were appreciated by all. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the house is wonderful for everyone to spread out and have spaces of their own. 1 downstairs bed was not comfortable, but otherwise all was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful inn keeper. I loved the location, the amenities and the family dog Potato. Potato is a Pyrenees mix, so he's big and wants to love you. If you're a dog person, you'll love "tater", if not, he's kept pleasantly excluded from your presence, but I think you'll like him. Was offered PLENTY of suggestions and what's around town for shopping and food. It's a little bit of a walk to downdowntown, if you're an active person, its a pleasure. I had the privilege of sharing breakfast with Alan, Merredith's husband and had an absolutely wonderful time. I'm looking very forward to the next opportunity I have to stay with them.

Beautiful place that you feel at home right away. Stunning views from the big deck, with lots of space to explore and walk around. Great for our dog. They have the place setup so dogs can be comfortable and it is easy to go on walks. Hosts are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and welcoming. Will definitely book again!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Charley’s and Mari’s place is absolutely amazing, it’s 420 friendly which isn’t always the easiest to find. The house itself has some pretty cool features with unique laps, the patio has cool paints, and my most favorite was the map where you write down your name and where your from and pin it to the state you’re from. I enjoyed the communication they give to you, and they even offered a discounted rate if we were to stay another night.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The surroundings were gorgeous and we can’t wait to return in warmer weather so we can experience the wildlife and spend more time outdoors. Will was very responsive and all directions were clear. We would highly recommend staying here!

Tom is absolutely incredible! I’ve worked with many hosts over the last year while working in the area and Tom is the best. The house is exactly what we needed and exactly how the listing described. I highly recommend you stay here when you are in the area.

Perfect stay for four generation family. Loved the convenience of being in a home versus four hotel rooms. We were in town for my son's wedding and the location was perfect for the weekend. Easy access to shops and restaurants, easy to find our way around. The home was as advertised. Clean and comfy. It needs a little TLC but it's a rental and not everyone respects staying in someone else's home. Fully furnished kitchen was great for meals. Extra linens and pillows in the closets. Lower level was great for the grandkids but there is no door separating that space from the kitchen/living area. No privacy if adults were staying there. Overall, wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again. Jason was a great host.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

We booked our stay at the last minute due to our circumstance and had zero issues. Rental was homey, clean, beds were comfy and the home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

I really loved my stay with Celia. This is a gorgeous spot in a great location- access to the bus to downtown, quiet, access to the pool, and super close to the creek path for running, walking, and biking. I loved Celia’s recommendations for local activities, and she was responsive and kind as I got settled in. I fell in love with Boulder here and plan to come back!! I’d definitely stay here again.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

Dean’s place was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable, my husband and I felt right at home.
