We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in HCMC. Phoenix’s place was a fabulous character filled house in a local neighbourhood with excellent coffee, pastries and street food close by, and a wonderful park a couple of blocks away. The owners were attentive and very responsive to our needs. The rooftop was wonderful for evening drinks!

Sehr geräumige, moderne Unterkunft auf der zweiten Etage eines ruhigen Cafés mit charmanten Garten. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!

Absolutely awesome place! A little hard to find but the host was easy to contact to get the correct address. We felt right at home with the sweet little dog who came to visit through the evening, very clean and well kept place. Five stars all round

업무 출장이였는데. 출장인원이 좀 있어서 풀빌라를 찾았습니다. 가격대비 시설이 너무 좋았습니다. 집주인은 친절하고 깨끗하게 매일 유지 해줬습니다. 지하에 노래방 당구대가 있습니다. 주방에 미니바도 있습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족합니다.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

This was a modern clean apartment in outer District 1, just a short car ride to centre District 1. The apartment, very oleasant and safe. plenty of good restaurants just a short stroll. I would stay there again. Nidova is a very good host.

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten auch den Pool nach Absprache benutzen, da die Haushälterin aufpassen musste, fühlten wir uns nicht wohl, lange am Pool zu bleiben. Mit unseren Rollern konnten wir uns sehr gut in der Stadt bewegen, war gut erreichbar.

From booking to checking in and out, Ryan and Lyn were very helpful. They were so flexible allowing us to check out late. Their place is top-notch offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely choose DuoTori again if we need a space in D7. Thank you very much!

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

We had an excellent stay at Kim's place. It's very accessible to other districts by ride hailing appa and the area has lots of stores/coffee shops. The kitchen was complete with everything we need to prepare breakfast or have home-cooked meal. Kim was very responsive and I personally enjoyed going to the gym and pool. There are two entrance to go up, the smaller one goes directly to her unit. The keycards doesn't work with one or two lifts at the main entrance but it's not an issue. We also noticed a loud karaoke noise at the pubs opposite the condo between 8pm-10pm but minor, just enjoy the local music scene ... everything else was topnotch. Thanks Kim and Megan, will recommend to friends from PH and SG visiting your lovely city.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne

Very clean and modern just as pictured with nice view of the city from the balcony. Quick responses every time via Airbnb messaging and met us at the lobby when we messaged that we arrived. Had a very late flight departure and was kind enough to let us store our luggage.

Me and my partner had a great stay in this amazing studio. Great amenities, we enjoyed the very large outdoor pool. Everything was clean and tidy. District 1 is only a short and cheap grab journey away so it’s definitely worth staying abit further out .
