We had an absolutely wonderful time at Biff's place! The house is very clean, open, and bright. The many windows and doors fill the home with warm natural light (which was very welcome in the middle of winter!). The house is well situated on a quiet street in Lake Como, nestled away from busier streets, while still being close to restaurants in Belmar, Spring Lake, and Asbury Park. Biff took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - he even had the outlets covered, which was a very thoughtful touch since we were staying with our one year old 😊 The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed for meal preparation (the most well stocked of any AirBnb we've stayed at!) and the beds and linens were quite comfortable. Biff was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our time at the house. We can't wait to stay again soon. I had a wonderful experience! The heater was on when we got inside, we were given toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and towels. The house was spotless, communication was amazing; as Riaz was very friendly. Overall my two day stay was great and I would definitely come back :)

Space was very clean, nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Anytime we come to AC this is now where we will book, no where else even comes close. Thanks for having us, see you next time!!

Our stay at Tuckerton Bay Paradise was relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. From grandparents, adult children, grandkids, to grandpup, there was something for all. The home is well organized and beautifully decorated. The garage is stocked with water toys. The back yard and dock area kept up us well entertained. The best airbnb thus far for me! May’s place was in the perfect location for our 4 sisters gathering. The sunrises are spectacular, plus we got to watch bald eagles on the ice in the river. Her place is spacious and comfy with a giant sectional and giant TV.

John and Kelley were AMAZING hosts! I rented the house for the couple days before and after my wedding and John and Kelly made my experience better than I could’ve asked for. The house is exactly as pictured, the rooms are so bright and airy and it was very peaceful and relaxing to be there. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were comfy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great stay at Deja Blue. House is very clean, cozy, and the HVAC works great. I have stayed in many Reno’s in the area during this time of year and always had issues with the houses staying warm. This home was perfect for our family of four and the location is very private and quiet. Close to everything in town. The only comment I would make is that there is only 1 TV in the home (in the living room area). This made it difficult to entertain 2 kids and the adults during down time. But iPads came in handy! Would totally stay again on my next trip to the area!

We had a great stay here and Kevin was incredibly responsive and friendly. His place was very clean upon arrival and was great for a short trip!

Yossef was a fantastic host for our last minute trip down the shore. Place is a nicely retouched apartment in older apartment building. While perfectly pleasant, I wouldn't describe it as fancy, but grading on the curve you expect for reasonably priced beach rentals, it definitely fit the bill. Apartment is much bigger than the pictures would imply, with a large living room, a decent sized dining room, and adjoining kitchen. Place was well appointed with all you'd need for cooking. About a three block walk from the very pleasant beach close to Vetnor. Good coffee shop/creperie a block away, with a delightful ice cream shop and a decent pizza slice shop (with ridiculous sized slices) across the street. Yossef was incredibly communicative throughout the trip, and was clearly a man of his word after he paid for a parking ticket out of his own pocket. Would recommend without reservation.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Excellent stay~ perfect location for an event at Sweetwater. Only issue was with the locking system but Chris got someone to take care of it. Would definitely stay again

My husband, son, and I stayed in the bungalow the night of our rehearsal dinner and the night of our wedding at SweetWater. It’s the perfect place to stay if you are getting married at SweetWater. My in laws rented the house where some of our family stayed and our other family members rented the other bungalows. Everyone had a great experience. Everything is new, in great condition, and super clean and convenient. Brittani was responsive, informative, flexible with us for our check in time and check out times. Had such a great stay. Definitely recommend and we will be back I am sure!!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. the place was cozy, clean, and linens were included which is a big plus! The location was wonderful and very walkable to the boardwalk, arcade and many restaurants. We met Phil our host and he was friendly with great recommendations. We just booked another week for the summer. Excited to come back.

I found my stay at Brittani’s to be quite nice. Everything was as the pictures depicted. A nice quant and quiet space to enjoy a weekend away with your partner. Would definitely recommend this space

It was so nice staying here! We had such a lovely visit and it felt like we were at home. Actually gave us some inspiration for the future for how we want our living space to be. The house was super warm and the heat worked amazing! Living room was super cozy and the space in general was very cozy. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Beautiful home, great location!! Very clean and my kids loved the loft area.. Close to Lavallette shopping and beaches, as well as a short drive to the Seaside boardwalk. Very responsive host, highly recommended staying here!! Will be back!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le chalet de Teresa. Le chalet était très propre, bien rangé et super bien équipé. L’emplacement était aussi très bien. Nous étions près de la plage et l’endroit était tranquile.

We loved our stay here . The grandkids and everyone had a great time with all the amenities provided . Kayaking , fishing , crabbing , swimming etc . We also enjoyed the outdoor concert at the pier & the nearby restaurants ! Would definitely love to stay here again . Salvatore was very friendly and helpful !

It is a very accurate description. Photos are representative. This is a narrow, compact bungalow, yet we fond it to be ample space. Sure it’s a smaller bathroom, but it’s the style house. We didn’t find it to be any problem at all. Again, photos are representative. The location during our stay (mid September) was very quiet. It’s a hop over to the beach. We felt safe. It’s nice to have a little driveway spot too and one floor, no stairs makes it easy! There were 3 of us, so quite comfy. Larger groups might need more space, but there are some open and usable spots - such as front porch area with the futon like couch. We found it to be clean, no issues. The back patio is nice too. If there was any critique, it would be that there’s not a lot of seating to be inside for chatting or tv. There’s a loveseat in the back by the tv, we took in a patio chair - for us no big deal. Overall, we will return and the host, Karleen, was so helpful and quickly (super fast) responds. 5 stars from us ❤️

This place is fantastic for an Atlantic City visit. Thomas was super helpful! Not only through the app, but even had a hand written book to provide recommendations for local spots for guests to check out. We even got to bring our dog and play in the backyard with her. Would definitely rent again!!!
